Yup, I heard that on a news report, and cheered when I heard it. Seems likely she may have finally broken free from the control mechanisms they imposed, and I bet there's gonna be hell to pay when she gets out. The first sign that all is gonna get better is developing the inner strength to tell your captors to go to hell. Seems like a couple years in jail, out from under their thumbs and where they couldn't get at her was enough to accomplish that.

Jail can NEVER imprison one as totally as absolute control of their mind can, when one is imprisoned within a mental jail of their own making. Looks like that control may have been broken finally.

And there will be hell to pay.

Interesting take on her refusal. I hadn't thought of it in that light. I took it as more fear. That Casey didn't want to hear what her mother had to say or that she was going to get asked a bunch of questions that she didn't want to answer. I also thought that maybe she was concerned that the visit would be taped and what they talked about would get into the media. Remember when she first started rejected her parents' visits? It was because the media was broadcasting everything. I thought maybe she'd be worried that if they discussed where she would be staying when she got out, that everyone would find out.

I like your analysis though!

I didn't mean to say it that way... so I retract that statement. I was just saying the little girl had Venus in Virgo (detriment) squaring Pluto in Sagittarius exact. That's what I meant. She also has Mars in Taurus (detriment) square Saturn in Leo (detriment) which by solar arc direction became exact at age 2 1/2.

They found her years ago. For some reason they wouldn't let her have her served with the lawsuit papers until now. She was intending to sue years ago though.

The woman lost her job and home and reputation over it.

It was the conduct of those former taped visits, what was said, and HOW it was said that initially clued me in that things there might not be as they appear, or as they have been presented. This recent refusal, coupled with the precipitous exit from the courtroom of her parents after the verdict was announced, fall right into place with my working theory. I won't go into any great detail, since it's just as much speculation based upon observation as any other, but I will go so far as to say that it appears to me that George is less than happy that the State didn't clean up his looses ends like he was hoping for.

And that I suspect we'll be haring more out of it, when all hell breaks loose.

And that a lot of people are likely gonna be surprised, and will need a good absorbent towel to remove the egg from their faces.

Ambulance Chasers. Just trying to cash in and make capital out of an extremely tenuous connection. Her task will be to prove that SHE is the specific individual bearing that name that was lied about, that it was targeted specifically at her. That's gonna be hard to do based solely on a name only, with no other connections.

I got bored one time, and Googled my own name. There are 500 of "me" across the US, and 50 of "me" in this state alone. There is at least one more of "me" residing in the same town.

Nope, it's gonna be a hard case to make based entirely on a name only.

I watched most of this trial and to be honest, I went in hating this girl and hoping they would throw the book at her. Do you know whats wrong with thinking like that? It doesnt provide proper justice because its fueled only on emotion.

Someone killed that child. Was it an accident or intentional? We dont know. Do you want my personal oppinion? The father probably played a major role in this in some way. More things connect him to that child than Casey.

The truth is that the only reason they brought the death penalty to the table was because Ms Anthony refused to confess to them. They kept at her and kept at her and she said that she would never admit to something she didnt do. She remained tough. She remained adamant that she didnt kill her daughter and these seasoned detectives were never able to "break" her. When they couldnt they decided to make this a death penalty case to see if this ultimate sanction would get her to confess. Guess what? It didnt.

I quite frankly have thought from the beginning of this case that this woman is so out of it psychologically that she doesn't know the reality of anything. And all the drugs she's probably used over the years hasn't helped that, either. I don't think Casey has had much grasp on reality at all.

That family is not ruined from this. The family was so dysfunctional that it was ruined all along. Now, everyone just knows about it.

I really hope she uses this somewhat of a second chance at life to get herself some help and start over, away from her toxic family. She definitely isn't all there. As someone who has lost my child, that kind of pain is something that stays there forever. You can never replace your baby. All hope dies when you lose your child.

A lot of people who live destructive lifestyles as she has are really trying to run away from something that they haven't been able to cope with. I see her as a young woman filled with terrible emotional pain that she does not know how to face or deal with, so she drinks and uses drugs to try and make it all go away.

Now that much of society sees her as a child killer though, she will have a very hard time finding the help she so desperately needs. She might not have even killed her. She might not even know if she killed her or not.

Caylee was probably the only one who genuinely loved Casey her entire life.

Her family is toxic. She needs to get away from them.

Nice try but Casey is not and never was a drug user. She smoked pot with her last boyfriend because he did. She was not known as a drug user or a drunk .

The name in question was extremely rare. The police questioned her, and she didn't even know Casey Anthony. Her boss fired her because of the whole mess. She and her children ended up homeless and her reputation was ruined.

Since the cops immediately zeroed in on her due to the rare name, she will have no problem proving that she was affected by Casey's lies.

I doubt the woman will ever receive a cent out of it though.

What you don't realize is that our current thinking is nothing compared to your so called definition of stupidity. Ancient civilization's are no less intelligent than you are, in fact probably more so. Mankind has been around millions of years and the most common denominator is Astrology. Go ahead and check for yourself. Ur civilization has lost touch with what we were meant for and therefore must be dealt with accordingly.. i.e 2012.

Ancient civilization is what we are made from. Egypt was made by the descendants of Atlantis which was a civilization more advanced and powerful than this current one can dream of. Yes, they were smarter and more advanced.

Your first sentence not only suggested that I used the word stupid, but that i defined it. You're wrong on both accounts. Secondly, the United States legal system is not about to throw caution to the wind and disregard it's long time practice of only convicting if sufficient evidence is presented.

So I ask you. is Saturn being in Mercury's third house evidence? Why would you leave the life of a human being up to where a planet is? Is life meaningless to you? Are you seriously more inclined to not hear testimony because Pisces is strong this year?
