Deadly ground lighting Vs Fireworks.

lol, We have this major storm that is slowly moving through, I mean, one minute it's all nice and sunny, and the next minute, you have this ONE pitch black smooth cloud, that looks to cover the whole city, not like the normal thunder clouds you see. But, most my neighbors are still setting off their fireworks and ignoring the lightening. Are they insane? knuckleheads.

NOAA Weather radio did say there would be a potential for severe storms to roll through those areas tonight.
