How to Make Rain from Contrails

they are not contrails they are chem trails.

A con trail can only last a few seconds to a minute... chem trails can last for hours some times dispersing into other areas or mixing in with clouds

when rain starts pouring those people are getting whats intside that chemical cloud

Why do you think that?

Contrails are clouds, they last as long as clouds do. All the science books, and weather books, have agreed on this for 100 years.

It's like saying that humans cannot travel more than 15mph in a moving vehicle or else they will die of asphyxiation. You might believe it, but for the past 80 years it's been shown not to be true

So whatever those chemicals are should be real easy to spot in rainwater samples.
