thats not the point of this post, the point is i support anyone who is law-abiding and responsible, those are the key words. Vendors at gun shows need to be better, and if there is gun runnign the atf needs to step in

Really doesnt make any difference what you support or not -- the meaning of defacto is that the results of the laws is that it easy to get guns in the United States even very lethal guns -- it is what happens when there is a knee jerk reaction to any regulation to correct even the most egregious gaps in the law. As ye sow so shall ye reap.

Guns are ALWAYS easy for criminals to get a hold of. Regulations and laws DO NOT STOP IT.

Can your six year old buy cocaine at school??? Of course. Just because it is ILLEGAL does not mean it is unaccessible. That is a typical false statement from those with the real motive of disarming the populous.

Sensitive and stolen U.S. military items are being sold on eBay and Craigslist, according to a report by the Government Accountability Office. Including Night vision goggles, specially made to military specifications, allow the user to identify U.S. troops. Government investigators posing as buyers were able to purchase a dozen prohibited military items on the popular online selling sites..... inplacenews.wordpress.com...

Federal Agents Raid Farm for Stolen Military Weapons

Federal Agents arrested David Raymond Carmel for selling stolen U.S. military property....

According to the federal criminal complaint out of New York, federal prosecutors say David Raymond Carmel sold stolen U.S. military property, including laser targeting systems. We just learned federal prosecutors in Madison also charged him with two counts of possession of a machine gun.

About 35 federal and local law enforcement officers from four agencies, the A.T.F., Immigrations and Customs Enforcement or I.C.E., the Department of Defense and the Chippewa County Sheriff's Department were busy collecting property and weapons and putting them into a large white trailer. The most noticeable piece of property is a large army tank that sits in the yard.... www.weau.com...

El Salvador has called for regional action to stop weapons being stolen and sold to Mexican drug traffickers. But as a look at recent incidents in Central America shows, these "robberies" of weapons often seem more like inside jobs carried out by corrupt elements in the military..... www.insightcrime.org...

The list goes on and on. While my EX was a basic training officer at a southern US base, the base armory was broken into and cleaned out. The story was suppressed.

again missing the point, no one is advocating guns for everybody, and i do support pistol-free zones(most of them) all we are saying is that laws and refgulations only make it harder for law abiding citizens to get them. Im not saying get rid of current laws, just saying don't impose anymore becuase it doesn't solve anything
