Fact #1 To be POTUS you have to be a "Natural Born" citizen (both parents having sworn allegiance to U.S.A.)
Fact #2 Obama's daddy was a citizn of Kenya and never a U.S. citizen.
Fact #3 Obama is not a "Natural Born" citizen, he is a "native" born citizen thereby disqualifying him from being POTUS, he can be a senator but NOT POTUS!

Yes activist judges have watered down the true meaning of 'Natural Born Citizen" This is why we are in the predicament we are in.
This is why an anchor baby with two alien parents could become president one day if this Obama issue isn't resolved.
