So . . . are you going to argue facts . . . or are you just going to sputter about making yourself look the fool?

Actually your starting to sound and making yourself look the fool rich elitist,
those weren't the fact that you have posted but disinformation
and if you have any respects, show some respects to people who are still suffering in this global recession.

I think LemonFresh just threw up some solid math for you to look at (the only think i see missing is water, which may have been provided by the apartment, and maybe phone/cable if one wanted to sacrifice liquidity for such amenities).

Yes Texas has jobs but if you went to work there from a Northern state, you will QUICKLY find out that the pay is HALF of what you made up North or from the West coast, and the work is no less than 3 times harder.
Expect to work like a MULE there. [color=gold](HINT: its a state that borders Mexico, so figure out what you will be working like...)
Every person that I have known who went to Texas for a job from the North or West coast RAN back having a MUCH greater appreciation of their native NON-Southern state from which they came from.
The employee-friendly rights and perks that the Liberal North & West coast so nicely provides its workers are NON-EXISTENT down in the south.
Beware...

Um, you DO realize that minimum wage is set federally, not on the state level?
So whatever state you live in, you have the exact same minimum wage as we do.

Wrong. All states must have AT LEAST the federal level. Some states offer their own higher standards.

That is what i said. The feds set the MINIMUM wage. States can choose to set a rate higher, which would then not be a minimum, would it?
