Not much he can do. He does not have the support of Libyans (or anyone other groups) outside of Libya or in Libya for that matter. So no one will be
attacking Europe. Even the African Union is done with him, they want to put boots on the ground and exclude him from any talks to create a new
Government. He will never agree to that. Nor do I think the Lybians really trust anyone, the AU in particular, to allow anyone beyond themselves to
decide who will be leading Lybia when the war ends. Of course as he gets closer and closer to falling you will see the AU, Arab League, Russia and
China all rushing to say they always wanted him out and supported the people, to try and counter the good will the west will be getting post
revolution.
