Whoever it is, all their posts have been closed. It looks like they just registered today.

Hopefully, but the exact same thread (word for word) from the exact same type of spammer (just posting something slightly different each time) has been posting this literally for weeks now.

It's annoying and just plain stupid. But, let's hope they decide grow up soon though eh.
