I haven't heard of this particular 'remedy.' I prefer not to ingest anything that is marketed as such, for personal reasons of course. If you're
stressed out, you can always try Valerian Root. It has somewhat of a sedative effect and is used by people with anxiety or who have a difficult time
sleeping.
You could go the old fashioned way and take a few minutes each day to meditate. I find it extremely productive.
