Now this Don Drummond, a banker of course, has provided the Conservatives with a list of social services to cut in order to save the day. Day care, education, health care are all on the chopping block but oddly, the 3 billion a year given to (mostly foreign) corporations in the oil patch, and the 500 billion in mortgage insurance (so banks don't have to risk their own money) are never mentioned.
