Female voice of ANON's automated messaging system.

Yuh, now I just got a call from Georgia or so it says on the caller ID, looking for this Brain character, and when the automated voice thing came on to remove myself from the list because I wasn't him, it was the same automated female voice that ANON uses. Yesterday, they called me as well and they just hung up.

It's just text to speech software. You have the option of hundreds of voices, and some people choose hers.

Coincidence, not conspiracy. To say conspiracy is to say people are plotting to make money off of you. Which would make this website a conspiracy....
