What on earth are you asking me that for. I said 'IF' for a reason. I'm not certain of any such thing as I have never seen anyone strap a bomb to a woman or a child. However IF that is the sort of thing going on where one lives then perhaps said people are not right upstairs if you get my drift.

This of course isn't to say that America hasn't done some pretty horrific things, but I'd like to think that the govt is not nearly the same thing as the people.

Well perhaps you should look up history. Everyone has been an oppressor at one time or another. And to be honest, sometimes those being oppressed are not all that better than the oppressors.

I'd really hate to go all Godwin all over again, but hell, why not? Germany, after WW1. They were the oppressed. And what did they do? They borderline unanimous followed an evil genocidal maniac to power, and then they became the oppressors.

You shouldn't choose the side of the oppressed just because they are oppressed. There are plenty of oppressed groups in America: National socialists, communists, right wing theocracy-supporters. Hell, the Westboro baptist church is oppressed. Just because they are oppressed does not make them the good guys. It only means they are oppressed. More knowledge is needed.

To tell you the honest truth, if it was the year... say 2039, and for God-knows what reason, there was a population of some 3 million Westboro baptist church people living in a community somewhere in Montana or something, and they were treated like Palestine is today.... I cannot honestly tell you I would be against this act.

Well to be honest, no, they are not people. Majority of these people lost their humanity because of who they are. And that goes to both Israel and Palestine. They democratically elected those people, both sides. People of war and genocide. They elected the reality they have. Why should I feel for either side?

To go back to your South Africa, The aggressors in that case were primitive. honestly they were indifferent to tribal regions of France in the pre-Rome days. But your people were more advanced culturally. They fought and died for the British. They Knew right from wrong. They saw the primitive beliefs of their oppressors, whom basically did what? Sit on some land, drink some wine, and try to keep the blacks as far away from them as possible. What culture did they have? What existence? They were horrible people. They lost their humanity for what they did. They got destroyed. And who can say that is bad? The act of murder is evil, of course. But the act of murder in the act of freeing people who are good honest people whom dream of a free life where they can sing, paint, invent, and live. This is the right thing to do. Murder is wrong, but murder to liberate civilized culturally sophisticated people cannot honestly be said to be more wrong than ordinary murder.

Simple fact is, as it always is, primitive people whom have thrown away their humanity for hate are less valuable in terms of their humanity than people who care.

All life is precious, yes. But what you do with that life as an adult either condemns you to lose your humanity, or celebrates you to something grander.

Well actually they were given the Holy Land to be a light to other nations. This is why the Old Testament talks about God leaving the borders of Israel and filling the whole world. Something Christians justify their... going out into the whole world.

Isolationism is not God's thing. The Old Testament is 100% about being a star to other nations, not a light to keep to yourself.

Genocide is evil, but war is Genocide. Ergo, war's that are justified... if that even exists... include genocide. Did America not genocide countless Germans in the war? That's why war sucks.


I am not claiming what they are doing is good. I am simply claiming a simple fact. War is genocide. Both sides chose war. They elected officials that lead to war.

I am not miss-informed. I just don't see the wrong in some things.... Or the right in others. I have decided to support Israel... that is, if I MUST choose a side... not because of them being good. No, but because in peace time, the region would be better under Israel than under Palestine.

You see, unlike you, I don't see a good side and a bade side. I see one side that is no different than the Nazis, and the other side no different than the USSR. Therefore, if i must choose one side, I'll choose the Nazis, in this case Israel, because in peace time, fewer people will suffer and freedom will be easier to achieve than if under the USSR, in this case Palestine.


When there are no good guys, choose the side that would be better in peace.

This is a significantly true statement. And it's what you have to realize. I am from an armchair. I do not want to pick a side, because I don't see one. I have no doubt that if the sides were turned, white phosphorus would be used on Israel.

And that's the point. From my armchair I see two pathetic groups of pathetic people fighting over a pathetic belief system that I do not believe in as a Christian.

One of the benefits of not picking a side is this. They can both burn in the hell they created all on their own. And yea you can say American money goes here, but I can say Iranian money goes to the same place, different side. It's really no reason to say anything. because you know what, without their funding, Palestine would have the upper hand. And then what? Well, the same situation, only the opposite way around.

No, the fact is I don't think the world, nor the region, will sea peace until a nuclear bomb blows up Jerusalem and exterminates Israel and Palestine in radiological fire. Then, truly, the world can move on from a hopeless pathetic piece of Earth stuck in a war that I have no reason to care about.

So yes, I will sit at my armchair, and watch, without a tear, as two idiots hit each other in the face repeatedly.
