school systems in Europe are different then in the US,
we do 3 or 4 years of kindergarden, I did 4 years starting at age 2.5 till 6.
then from age 6 to 12 we had the same courses, which where:
math, geo, history, morals or religion, music and art, languages (dutch and french in the last 2 years), biology.

after that there are 6 years of highschool, and every two years we choose a major, which will be 5 or 6 hours/week.
first two years I did science ( 2h biology, 2h physics and 2h chemistry)
next two years I changed to economics
and last two, anatomy and biometry (this was another school that gave an education for beauty specialists and massage techniques but I flunked it because most of it was in latin... I suck in latin, lol)

next to the specializations we got the normal classes I think: math, languages (dutch, french, english, some german), geo and history, art or music, gym, science, morals or religion

I dropped out a few months before my 18th birthday....

I'll just simplify and say from age 5 till 16 (when I decided I had enough) I learned about how I'm not to question anything, Form my own opinion, Or get facts and data not supported by the education board.

k-5 was pretty much the same things. Math, reading, spelling, social studies, p.e., music, art, science. They added english in 3rd, combined reading and english in 6th. 6-8 was basically the same thing as k-5, only i had more options like shop. High school was the same basic subjects with foreign language thrown in, and I could take stuff like nutrition, computer classes, and psychology. All in all, i went through calculus, got two years of biology and a year of chemistry, took geography, history, economics, and psychology, and had plenty of technology classes.
