Sorry....it is everyone's business now. He gave up the right to privacy when he brutalized, then killed a BABY! He will be free to do it to someone else's child. I hope he has to look over his shoulder every second of his life. He deserves nothing.

Anyone who would do this to a child is sub human so human rights do not apply. In a case like this mob rule and community justice should come into play, he should have been snatched from the police and dealt with as soon as the verdict was read. Untethered by the rule of law the people would demonstrate the consequences of this behavoir and end it quickly.

This is Cruel Britannia where you can work from the age of 15, struggle to pay your mortgage and bills and continue until you are 70. You will then be rewarded with a meager State Pension.

Alternatively you can never take a job, live on Welfare, let the tax payer fund your addictions, repeatedly offend, then torture and kill a toddler and retire at the age of 40 with all your future needs catered for.

How on earth can they let him out?? How? I think people in the UK should stage a protest demanding he stay incarcerated. Or at least be handed over to the protesters upon his release to do with him as they will. Baby P will never have a second chance so why should he?

We can only hope!I believe in second chances, but for "people" that intentionally hurt babies and the elderly no way. A person who abuses the defensless should have the book thrown at them.....those who kill babies should get life in prison. Period.

That is sad, and not unlike our system here in the U.S unfortunately......these guys know they can do it, and if they get caught, all they will get is a slap on the wrist.That baby's "mother" his the fact that her boyfriend was living in the home....so she could continue getting her welfare check (which they spent on booze) ....unreal!

I'm suprised this vile disgusting sub-human piece of garbage is even willing to take the chance of being released at all, he's much safer staying in protective custody in jail. I'd put money on the fact that someone somehwere on the black market will have a very high price on his head, I know I would if I could afford it.

It broke my heart the minute the baby peter story came out, Victoria Climbie is another that springs to mind. Welcome to Britannia, apparantly Maxine Carr got all her teeth capped because of the decay that took place in prison. Shiny new gnashers for the accomplice of a child killer.

I think the most appropriate facial reconstruction this guy could have, would be a tattoo on his forehead saying "i brutally tortured and murdered baby p". and then let out into society for a while. I think that would be justice.

I cannot lie, and I do feel bad that I feel the way I do as it solves nothing and only hurts me.


However, I would like to see this man get just a portion of what he caused the child.


The tax payers should not foot the bill, let him get the money himself. Why does this thing feel so entitled?

The sickest part about this whole story is that political correctness in England will ultimately lead to him getting what he wants. Just like the Jamie Bulger killers. It's sad that criminals in England have more rights than law abiding citizens. It's pretty saddening.

He's wanting this taxpayer funded seaside life for his girlfriend and five other kids?!?!

Any woman tapping that has to be certifiable, and as for him even getting access to his other kids, it's ludicrous! The man is an obvious danger to children, there's testimony to that fact lying in the ground, barely allowed to have his short life, and as he's been investigated for sex crimes against other children, although unproven, these accusations don't appear out of thin air.

He'll do it again, and then what? Does justice just say oops, my bad? The crimes he can commit are avoidable by keeping that trash locked up, preferably with his cell door open and a welcome sign overhead.

Jon Venables who tortured and murdered toddler James Bulger was released from prison in 2001 and given a new identity at great cost to the UK tax payers (including, of course James Bulger's parents). Venables was re-arrested in 2010 for being in possession of child pornography. Some of the images he cherished depicted 2-year-olds being raped. The child killer will be released from prison again next month and he is being provided with yet another entirely new identity, a home and an income.

Financial support, reward and care for these type of people alway surpasses any help offered to the victims' families.

As Baby P's killer is trying to claim he's not a bad person, so too is Jon Venables.

In their minds they are the victims who deserve our full support.
