Chat Problem

I'm having a problem with the chat client. When I try to open the chat client it will begin to load then stay as a blank screen. Sometimes I get the disclaimer with the "Click Here to Enter Chat" or whatever link. But when I click the link I get the same blank grey screen. Anyone else having this problem? Did I get banned or something? If I were banned wouldn't it tell me?

You didn't get banned. One of two things you can do:

1. Wait longer as sometimes it takes a while to load.

2. if the first doesn't work then it may be your browser. Try using a different one.

alot of people have issues trying to get into chat using Firefox (like me ), i have to use I.E to open the chat channel. others say that opera & Google chrome work as well.

a few people also say if you constantly open the chat in Firefox and either constantly refresh it or just keep opening and closing it it works but it doesn't for me

Argh! Why does it have to be firefox that is ruined like that. lol I hate IE. Oh well, looks like I'll have to use IE for chat. Thanks for the replies.

Opera, Safari, and Google Chrome will all run chat flawlessly
