HAARP waves on $50 bills?

I'll tell you what HAARP is. It is a weapon, Geoengineering tool, communications tool and many other things. It can excite the sun(That phrase came from their site), connect planets magneticaly, and ultimately turn our Solar system into the biggest spaceship ever! It was test fired at Saturn causing a storm of epic proportions. It will be used against nibiru and the anunaki and destroy them(survival of the fittest). It is most definately being used to control our weather here in the US and around the world with some degree of success. There is still alot of research to be done so it can accurately be used.

This is just my opinion tho.
