Fabian socialism is socialism achieved by increments. In other words, they don't do it all at once. People get tested to see how they react to things. They start small and then work bigger. Socialism in this country started small, with programs like the New Deal, then later on SS and Medicare, and these are all ostensibly because govt is fixing problems that people cant solve themselves. Ironically, it is govt which creates the problems they then solve with Socialist solutions.

Well, I can't argue that.......

But as far as this Mexican military convoy is concerned.....what kind of reaction would they hope for if this was their intent? Certainly they don't think people are just going to wave to them as they're passing through America. I don't think we've sunk to that level of apathy yet.

Well, I was kinda thinking more along the lines of if anyone even noticed. If no one noticeid, maybe they would do it more frequently, then just stay there. But that is just speculation.

Mexican troops crossed the border into the United States Thursday, KGNS-TV reported Friday.

A convoy of three military trucks loaded with soldiers and weapons crossed the border at Bridge No. 2 in Laredo, Texas, the station reported.

Customs and Border Protection investigators told KGNS-TV they spoke with Mexican authorities after being alerted that the military convoy was heading in their direction.

Mexican officials say the soldiers didn't know the area and got lost.

An investigation into the incident is continuing.

They got "lost" ... bull#. Return the next "lost" convoy in bodybags and it will never happen again. How many more times does this have to happen before Washington does something? Either the Mexicans are up to no good, or they need some serious remedial map reading classes; my bet is on the first part.

Why are you getting so fired up about something as stupid as this when you probably don't even live near the border? Nothing was lost, the Mexicans didn't claim anything, they were simply lost and yes I believe them, chill your ass.

*harumph!*

Anyone that's attempting to insist that Mexico is militarily trying to invade the US is a clown

Their military ain't got dung compared to the US border patrol force.

My thought exactly, that's a bunch of hogwash, just some stupid soldiers/illegal immigrants dressed up as soldiers trying to get either some land or some money. And yes, I would do the same thing, shoot to kill anyone coming your way if they look like they are up to no good.

how are we going to take out the cartels ourselves if thats the cia's biggest customer? then after that wed have to deal with the cubans as well, clearly they are a big part of this. dont you think youre going about this all wrong? taking control of our media and exposing how our own government is responsible for this is probably a better way of starting this off?

Yeah, seems to me there is an element within our CIA that wreaks more havoc on the planet than these drug cartels could ever hope to. I agree, exposing the media and our govt. is the only way. Attacking the cartels will just be met with violent resistance from those within the CIA who keep the cartels in business in the first place.

I don't know if I'd go that far, my friend. The Border Patrol is having enough issues trying to handle the cartels, let alone the Mexican military:

I was being sarcastic in an attempt to show you guys just how incapable and relatively insignificant their military is. They can't even control their own northern states and constantly lose to the narco's.

The claims made by some that they're attempting to invade us, this event being "proof", is very foolish. They try that, everyone knows its the end of mexico as we know it.

LOL.....illegal immigrants dressed up as soldiers? Illegal immigrants have certainly come a long way, in that case. Now they're able to acquire a military convoy, uniforms, and weaponry? Dang, why make a mad dash across the border or hide in a big rig among cargo if this is the case......

So you think anyone that has crossed the border illegally should be killed. Despite their reason, the children that they want a better life for, the corruption and murder they want to escape. Many of these people are refuges not criminals.
Let them find refuge in Mexico. My children need a better life and illegal immigration imperils their future.

How does an illegal immigration imperil your child's future? Evidently your child has the financial advtange, as well as an American citizenship and at least one educated parent, so what's in danger here? Where's the competition? Has America really gone from aweing every major nation 100 years ago at the Universal Exposition, to fearing the impoversished down-southers with extra melanin?

foxnews is a really credible source. I wouldn't doubt for a minute that it was actually a lot more than just three trucks. Probably a whole division following their AAA map.

What would make you draw that conclusion? "A lot more than just three trucks" enroute to do what?

Hilarious yet oh so sad simultaneously...

As if Mexico is not controlled by the same who control America...

Thats it! I tried conducting myself with the assumption that since you all have made it this far that you must be above average intelligence yet now I can see that it is clearly a poor assumption.

From this point on, even those with clever NEO type names will be considered of lesser intelligence until proven otherwise...

Comment after comment.... infinite laughter yet ultimately I just want to cry because the movie IDIOCRACY is happening right here and now and frankly....... its frightening, thunder bolts and lightning...

I like money.
go away, baitin'

mexican troops crossing the border aye? ahhh hah hah hah hah eh heh heh eh (choking with laughter)

remember the fox news "mexican air force chasing multiple UFO's" piece with shep smith......?
I felt like it was a modern "war of the worlds" moment minus the realism

Remember when Fox was new and struggling to be taken seriously??? yeah me too!!!

The good old days.....

I hope everyone realizes that if American soldiers accidentally crossed lake Erie into Canada it would be all on the news, about the silly American soldiers, or the empirical soldiers. I am inclined to believe it was an invasion as I doubt it really was the actual but Mexican military deserters. There is a huge incentive to leave the military and join a cartel in Mexico. To set the record straight, Texas started the war as an independent nation, came to America for statehood. An attack on a state is an attack on the sovereign nation of America. So no we didn't steal anything from Mexico, we bought and received territory from treaties anything other than that is a false statement.

I read your post, I saw how angry you were, you were so angry that you wanted these soldiers to be sent back in body bags. Then I slowly scrolled up and saw FOXNEWS, then it all made sense.

First, you really shouldn't trust foxnews as they are not real news organization. And second, you shouldn't be so anti-immigrant. Unless you are 100% Native American, your family emigrated here also and you should have compassion. Do I agree that Mexican Military troops should be crossing the border? Of course not. But consider for a moment how many countries the U.S. is in illegally... 1) Libya 2) Iraq 3) Yemen 4) Pakistan. And those are the countries the U.S. Government admits they are in illegally. Before getting all "Sean Hannity" about this issue just consider the bigger picture please.

1) The natives are almost non-existant, almost compltely wiped out and absorbed by the whites. Its been a big deal to me, my great grandmother is a full blood creek and my great grandfather is half creek, with a white dad. So as far as im concerned, it doesnty matter if your family descends from another country, what matters is where you are now.
2) Is there any realy any truthful new media outlet anymore? i dont believe so.
3) What truely matters is who has the bigger guns, and how outnumbered you are. I dont agree in having another war, but this is a serious matter, i know you know that also. But im just sayinh, just because were in other countries illegaly doesnt give Mexico the right to cross our borders, legally, or illegaly, its wrong, two wrongs dont make a right.
4) You must remeber our troops are dying over in those countrys, you must support them, because they support you; and remeber, the groups in these currupt countrys fight us as terrorist. So we must defend ourselfs, legal or not.

My 2 cents.

very well said nightgypsy. i couldnt agree more. it seems people are clearly missing the point here and to the point where they dont realize that change begins within themselves and not at others across certain borders. its just going to get worse people if we dont expose those in the highest places of our government.

Has it ever occured to anyone that the troops might be chasing dirty corrupt US law enforcement officers? They would have to be pretty damn fired up to continue a pursuit all the way to the border. This would also explain the ridiculous cover story.
Take a moment to research the hot spots in the current "war on drugs" being waged in Mexico, most of the violence is concentrated along the border. I hate to say it but as usual US dollars, weapons and demand are the
source of this problem.
