Lulzsec Posts AZ Law Enforcement Info

lulzsecurity.com

We are releasing hundreds of private intelligence bulletins, training manuals,
personal email correspondence, names, phone numbers, addresses and passwords
belonging to Arizona law enforcement. We are targeting AZDPS specifically
because we are against SB1070 and the racial profiling anti-immigrant police
state that is Arizona.

The documents classified as "law enforcement sensitive", "not for public
distribution", and "for official use only" are primarily related to border
patrol and counter-terrorism operations and describe the use of informants to
infiltrate various g

Well they've done it again. I'm curious to see the actual content of the docs when they start to get out there but I suspect that this will be a pretty bad affair for the Arizona Law Enforcement community. On an aside check out their twitter feed - regardless of what you think of what they're doing you gotta admit they have a sense of humor about it (re: averting a time paradox).

This is bad. Criminals will then use that info and start shooting the Police in their homes

Arizona's immigrations biggest critic is China.
China funds many events and sponsors many events in Arizona through Confucius Institute.

I was working with all of these guys the other day during the AZ fires at the law enforcement center. Terrible that they now have to deal with this.

They've gone and gotten our internet taken away. Just wait for it. This is bad news people.

There are some things you just don't do...

Well, this stuff looks actually pretty interesting.....compared to wikileaks (boooorrrrringggg).

That is until I saw this. Does this mean they are slowly "leaking" just like wikileaks did?

Every week we plan on releasing more classified documents and embarassing

Are they talking about just these AZ files, or are they going to release stuff from everywhere?

So far, these are a few of the files that look interesting from the site

Releasing information isn't necessarily bad, releasing personal information that could potentially put families in danger is...Hopefully these people will be smart and decide to decline to provide information on personal Law Enforcement addresses, etc.

Some people may argue you can find this information online, but many in the Law Enforcement community work very hard to remove their personal information from these types of sites for this very reason.

Bad move IMO.

The police know where we live, and are alot more violent.... why shouldn't we have access to their addresses as well ?

If the police are acting justly, they should have nothing to fear.

I neither support them or dismiss them, but what ever they do, putting peoples lives in danger is no laughing matter.

Information which imperils the safety of officers? Sorry, nope. Not gonna be 'happy' about that.

What? Now we are going to be exactly what we accuse the worst of them being? Let's consider all cops as "bad" people. That's just as stupid as the cops who treat every person like a criminal.

I don't think it takes much forethought to understand that this shouldn't have been released with personal information in it.

Hateful glee is no substitute for justice. And this kind of thing cements the idea that "all these hacker types" are bad people. You'll hear other "kung-fu" artists saying how LulzSec is a joke or whatever... I'm not laughing. And get ready to wear the color with which they, and you, will be painted by the lowest common denominator media.

Well all you have to do is look at the gun where they posted this. It says "Off The Pigs" on the butt of the gun.

This reeks of an agenda bigger than Lulzsec in my opinion.

A very hot political issue, not just in Arizona, but at the national level.

Lulzsec have chosen a politically divisive issue... illegal immigration is a major problem, what would they have Arizona do?

Stand down, open the borders and?

Someone, or something is controlling this one, much bigger than Lulzsec.

How so? It could lead to more credibility for that argument... Since the Federal administration is very much against Arizona's immigration movements. Not that I think they are government agents, but this particular action doesn't give a whole lot of support to that end.

WOW! I just downloaded the torrent of the release and THIS is why we're seeing so much cop brutality and loss of media/photography rights!
