Article< br /> Apparently Ashcroft and his cronies at the Dep. of Justice had ordered libraries to "destroy five DOJ publications—resources for prosecutors handling seized assets and forfeiture cases, including statutes and case histories—because the department had determined they were “for internal use only.”" That's a bunch of bull#, for internal use only, I can make a better excuse than that.
