NATO’s military strategy in Libya is to press on, keep firing, until the people of Tripoli rise up against Moammar Gadhafi. But countries that backed the intervention are showing doubts about the plan.
The cracks are now clearly visible. Italy, a key NATO ally, called for a ceasefire to deliver aid, but the alliance, and its military commander, Canadian Lieutenant-General Charles Bouchard, said the air strikes must go on.

Hopefully this campaign will lose enough support to not continue. They claim that the best way to deal with this situation is to keep bombing until Gadhafi can't resist an uprising. Well, there's going to be no uprising if you keep killing people on the wrong side... Apparently Italy has tried calling for a ceasefire to get in humanitarian aid, so lets add them to the list of countries now rejecting this war effort (at least they're not on the list of countries that had the ability to stop this fiasco before it happened, but let it happen anyways and than came out and tried to stop it after the fact),

The strategy is to destroy law and order and converge the country in to chaos, this is not to save civilian lives, or for anything humanitarian, rather to topple a regime which does not uphold Western interests. Regime change is nothing new, war propaganda lies to support regime change is nothing new, the world population's naivety in swallowing war propaganda lies over and over again is also nothing new.
TRIPOLI: NATO's chief on Thursday slapped down a call from Italy for a suspension of hostilities in Libya and tried to reassure wavering members of the Western coalition that Muammar Gaddafi can be beaten.

And toppleing regime's that do not uphold western interests is a bad thing? Perhaps we should all stay in our country's and let the entire supply of oil be left in the hands of people that may totally cut us off one day because they get irked about this or that.
Let's watch them destroy our economy when our businesses have no oil to operate and we have no gas for people to go to work. Let's watch as thousands die because of cold winters with no heating oil to keep them warm.
Yes let's just not interfere anywhere and hold hands and hope the world doesn't turn against us. Every single time in America's history when we have practiced isolationism it has led to horrible world events that could have been avoided had we been involved.
