Angel at My Nephews Funeral? *Photo*

it doesn't seem transparent in nature. my assumption is that a bug flew by the same moment the picture was snapped. that would explain the bright reflection of the camera light off of its back. i believe in interdimensional beings, but this doesn't come close to any kind of spiritual picture i've seen.

Although i'm not disputing the anomoly could be an angel / spirit .... My indepth research into NDE's, has taught me ... the soul leaves the body at the point of death ... and is usually met by a guide, instantly, or within moments ...

By the time the burial took place .. your nephews transition will have been well complete ... however .. I also believe the departed often attend their own funerals ... and would not be surprised if there are other 'unseen' guests there also ...

Yeah ..mAYbe God does allow them to be at the funeral, along with the other ''unseens''... I believe there are many unseens to this day....that are watching along with God... His angels *fallen or not* are alllll around us.
Still awaiting the experts... If a bug LOL I want to know what TYPE Inquiry minds want to KNOW!

what your seeing is the energy leaving the body, this happens for 24 hrs and sometimes more the time it takes to leave the body you can actually estimate how the body died, if it was intentional or accident etc look it up yourself if you dont believe me..

It was definitely an accident... Head-on collision...

I have no idea why this should be paranormal.

This is just an overexposed part of the film (it's not digital is it?). Probably something in motion, like one of those things with the names on it attached to a floral wreath (translated using google, sorry if it says something that's not appropriate). It could even be a wrinkle when the pic was developed and the emulsion didn't react properly.
Or light reflected while scanning the image...

If you look hard enough you can see anything you want in it. And even if angels would exist, why would they look human? Because that's how they used to paint them?

I have hundreds of photos like this...and im not into paranormal nonsense. Back in the day when photos had to be developed and printed there were a whole host of things that could go wrong in the process.

You have a badly printed photo....thats all, it used to happen fairly often when using cameras with film. The other thing is that nowadays the digital cameras are clever, they change settings automatically to get the best picture...these old 35mm cameras were manual...VERY easy to take a crap picture (like the one shown).

Id be willing to bet my house on this being something as trivial as the explanation ive just given....our minds are clearly different...some people make stuff up because they dont understand it...others will use a bit of logic....*Facepalm*

its somehing infront of the camera, very close to the lens.. and its reflecting the light that the camera flash produced.
it could be hair, leafs, bracelet, finger, somehing the one that took the picture was holding, another persons arm, hand finger, purse.. and so on

The only problem with that is it seems to be reflecting off the purple ribbon behind it....I didn't notice it at first but when I looked again, you can see that there are small reflections of the light hitting off the ribbon. Weird.

I think perhaps all of that white light it is the spirit form of your nephew....saying goodbye to you all...and showing his love for all of you. That playful kitten showing up was one indication.

I do not think you will get a concrete answer about the mysterious light in your photo. Sorry for your loss but a great story about the cat at the funeral. It was no coincidence that the cat showed up to interrupt the funeral. Our loved ones will send messages like this all the time, one just needs to keep their eyes open.

When our puppy died at 1.5 years old a few months back our family was not only deeply hurt but in shock at losing a puppy so young to kidney disease. Two weeks later we bought a new puppy and took photos of him playing with our kids. When I looked at the photos later I saw orbs in every photo with the new puppy. I am sure that was old friend wanting to be apart of the new excitement.

I am sorry for your loss, I too lost my nephew in 05, he was 9, 5 days from his 10th birthday.

Before he passed I felt uncomfortable, 6 days before, I told my sister and her husband, pleaded, they keep him off 4 wheelers, they listend but my sisters ex husband's sister inlaw didn't and he died from a 4 wheeler accident.

Before he died the last place we went was to get him baptised, we thought it would be a good time, then right after he died, at the funeral before the services concluded, I looked down, there by myself, I seen flowers move but no wind was in sight, my left ear went cold.

The purpose of that is he used to have this thing where he would pull on my ear. I know it doesn't sound like much but it was like 105 in the shade that day, so I don't put anything aside when it comes to paranormal for I have seen soo many things that are truly paranormal there is no way to say its not.

It's one of those things where unless you actually see this phenomena, it's hard to believe it even with good looking evidence. It's something you KNOW inside when you see it.

Your picture, is it fake, tampered, a natural occurance, I don't know, but looking at it close with my picture editor, it seems real IMO, so I think you definately have some paranormal documentation to hold onto if real.

The flash obviously came off an item in front of the camera creating this very bright light.

Nothing to see here, just an anomaly.

Looks like a picture that was taken with an anomaly in it...

I wonder what the possibility is of it being a ribbon that got caught by the flash... A ribbon tied to some of the flowers or what have you.

And while I do like to thank the best of people, and I do not think you are committing a hoax. (based on the nature of the picture id say you truly don't know what is in the picture) but we do get people on here saying they would never commit a hoax and then it turns out to be a hoax, So please forgive us, as we ask these questions and grill you. We just want to make 100% and leave no stone unturned so we can figure out for sure, what it is we are looking at.

If somethign that white was really there, the human eye alone should be able to see it also. Camera film uses the light and chemicals on the film to know what color is what.

So most likely, knowing how film cameras always have this problem and that picture doesn't look like a digital one at all.

Its nothing more than the film probably scratched and thats why it has like a zig marker formation it probably was getting scrapped by something as it was cranked and its not glowing its the light bleeding causing a white fade.

I have worked as a photo specialist for 3 years and seen tons of pictures just like this.

Everyone take your pills and get a reality check. A lot of pretend stuff (meaning not paranormal) is put on this website by random people and some of you people are so....unbelievable that you see ghost and angels and aliens.

Back early... change in plans...

To one who said that paranormal in general is "nonsense"..(is the way I took it) I'd honestly like to know what you thought of the children who were held hostage by the bomber video that geezer posted earlier.

Also, the photo was taken with a DIGITAL camera & NOT taken on film... It was never scanned..It was on a stick and transferred to pc. I'll have to ask sis what type camera.

Hope that clears THAT up!

You are probably right about that unless we get the experts in here with their programs.. .and thank you. Yeah I agree.
