Millionaires are commonplace. To have a net worth of one million dollars is not an effective measure of any achievement, it's a paper measure of small significance.

Self-made millionaires are blue collar and white collar, generally businesspeople not employees, who have determined in themselves to develop a wealth consciousness and a reasonable investment philosophy.

But in my experience the most common millionaire "profession" is directionless slacker heir to a small-medium sized estate of a few million dollars.

How many millionaire crack dealers do you know, intrepid?

Don't work with many, they've got the money to keep themselves out of jail. Know an awful lot of their employees though.
