Claims of Russian Moon Bases

I was just alerted to the existence of a conspiracy "theorist", called Peter Beter, by this OP by NoRegretsEver.. I can't say i have read his work but on one site he is claiming there are/were at least 10 Russian bases on the moon. What made me post this is the fact that he gives quite precise coordinates for their locations on the moon.

...Then Russia established seven bases on the Front side armed with powerful charged particle beam weapons, and three supporting bases on the back side of the Moon...

Coordinates are:

Near side of the Moon:
1. 55 54' N, 51 00' E ...East of the Sea of Cold.
2. 16 33' N, 48 51' E ...West of the Sea of Crises.
3. 31 53' S, 73 09' E ...Southwest of the Sea of Fertilio.
4. 72 26' S, 67 30' W ...Near the South Pole on the SW side.
5. 50 53' S, 57 49' W ...Near Phocylides Crater in the SW quadrant
6. 09 26' S, 66 52' W ...Southwest of the Ocean of Storms
7. 01 23' S, 12 27' W ...Northeast of the Apollo 14 landing site.

Far side of the Moon:
1. 36 00' S, 147 00' E ...Jules Verne Crater.
2. 13 36' S, 108 26' E ...Southwest of Pasture Crater.
3. 51 03' N, 095 00' E ...Southwest of Compton crater.

What I am looking for is any feedback on any of those coordinates. The claims look far fetched but they still need removing from the radar if they are false. I know several members have a massive interest in lunar anomalies and also secret space programs. Are any of these locations significant to you? If they are then post away.

Feel free to get peeking with Google Moon, NASA images and other sources too if you have the free time.

I just checked all the coordinates on google moon.....cant see any bases.

Why would they be so far apart??? They seem to be hundreds of miles from each other.....id say the guys a liar to be honest.

Why build them so far apart? the logistics would be near impossible

My opinion, which has been wrong once or twice in the past, is that IF there is anything hidden on the Moon (regardless of who or what may have built it or placed it there), it will not be found with Google Moon.

If you think rationally about these claims, they automatically disappear from anyone's radar. The Soviet Space Program wasn't in a position to be building, operating and manning one Moon base...Beter says 10!

They were struggling to successfully operate the Lunakhod rovers and Beter's putting them in the frame for operating bases and firing lasers at US platforms?! The claim makes no sense.

I would like to see some the moon surface the Soviets found before
their photos got smoothed out to look moon walkable instead of
moon stumbling on a rocky surface.

I agree, nonsense ! if there was anything remotely interesting there wouldn´t we have been back there in the last 40 yrs or so ? I can´t understand with todays technology if there were things to investigate then they would be.

Great photo.
I did find a web page with Soviet moon surface photos.
A cone antenna and a long circular or cylinder coil antenna appear to be the
communication links.

The fastest way to the moon is any Tesla ship reality.
However that use must be restricted.
ED: By the way Russia and US have the Tesla ship but perhaps never traveled
out of the atmosphere.

Agree, that's why I ran them through HERE.

Most don't fall within the LRO FOV but it's still a better source than google earth.

It's like a cool steampunk contraption! Last year, it was found that the built-in lunar laser reflectors were still intact and good to go.

To think its 'shiny metal ass' is still sitting out there is awesome.

Russia never had a space program.

They can't even get satellites into orbit today. 30+ attempts to get a satellite to Mars to take some pictures all failed.

Russia DID build the first predecessor to the Boeing X-37b and they WERE going to put a Laser in space....but their leader backed off and demanded no weapon be put into space. That program was ended.

Why on Earth are we seeing all this Peter Beter disinfo all of the sudden?

No one does it better than Russia and they didn't go to the moon.
An attached reflector to a lunar lander might have thwarted conspiracy theories.
Russia had the rocket headlines in the 1950s.
US had saucer UFO headlines in the 1940s.
US had to catch up to Russia with satellite launches in the 50s.
US had to catch up to Russia in saucers or Tesla ships in the 40s.
Thats the way any super ship UFO conspiracy seems to be shaping up.

Sounds like the 18 month Mars Landing Program by Russia better take a few steps back.
If they can't orbit Mars their instrumentality in not suitable.

I agree that if there is something there then it probably wasn't built by the Soviets. I suspect that there might be something up there though.

I think it is pretty obvious that if there is a human base on the moon then it will not be part of the official space program of any country so there is no need to clutter this thread with such nonsense. It's either secret (black ops), alien, ruins from ancient moon visitors (Earthly or otherwise) or there are no bases. Surely we can all agree on that?

Lets see if any members find anything at any of the coordinates Beter gives. I don't like the assumption that there is nothing there. Scepticism is great but not without some investigation guys.

Russia has long term living in orbit.
They invented it.
Like they were first.
USA spent a couple of days on the moon and a week or so in-transit.
Russia is land training for 18 Month Mars project.

Someone sure has bases up there..more like a NWO group
