I´m 27 and I have (painful) Arthrosis for 2-3 years. Noone knows why because it´s quite unusual in such young age but I can tell you that I´m drinking only pure water. No coffee at all.
Maybe that´s the problem. So I´m starting my experiment right now. One coffee per day and will see

Do the results differ with the location of athritis? I would love to show this to my mother, she drinks a lot of coffee and has severe athritis in her kness.

Can I drink wine instead? .........Hic
Apparently I've got crumbling hips and the pain is on, off. I've tried experiments with different foods etc but will give the coffee free diet a go.

I am NOT asking you to start drinking coffee.
If you have diagnosed with a medical condition
other than regular old arthritis, I would suggest
you continue to follow your doctor's instructions.

There are good articles on naturalnews.com
about arthritis. Most interesting for me was article about cherries as magical cure for arthritis pain. cherries (Big Pharma involved)

Is this only effective for RA.. what about other forms of arthritis, like osteo?
I have bad knees and love coffee but would give it up for less pain.
