So i guess if wrap a baseball bat around a guys face if i see someone doing similar stuff to 12 or 14 year old i to would be charged with indecent behavior and not attempted murder. ?

Not sure but if i was to do the same in lets say the U.S. or Australia, would i be fined and all the rest instead of going to jail ?
