The man appears to be a U.S. citizen of Ethiopian ethnicity. He would not make any admissions to the police.

I'm wondering if Ethiopia has some kind precious mineral like oil so they can be the next target. I dont know why this chit feels setup.

"The man's backpack contained what officials believe is ammonium nitrate and spent 9mm shells as well as written material that contained statements including: "al qaeda taliban rules," sources told ABC News."

They have known about precious materials in the African and other remote
regions for a long time but only recently (the last 30 years) has the technology
gotten advanced enough to make those resources profitable.

All of the third world nations will be stripped of any wealth they posses.

Maybe the leaflets were meant as toiletpaper, that would be the reason for me carrying them.

Let me guess no input from the patsy we just hear one side? How convenient.
Does ethiopia have oil or precious mineral reserves?

What is pro-terrorist literature? What does that mean?

1. The pentagon does not detain such peculiar things this is more of FBI or CIA restriction.

2. Now if Pentagon has him in due time we would be expecting a attack on USA.

Which means that it could link several situations together tying it into one big bloody mess.

Pro-Al Quaeda literature?

He should just say he was supporting the Libyan rebels!

Apparently there is a suspicious vehicle parked near the pentagon and also word that there may have been other suspicious packages found at the Iwo Jima Memorial and at Arlington Cemetery.

It was a huge traffic nightmare, they panic and close many roads this morning just for one vehicle and one man. Puff
Glad that I didn't have to go through it but two of my co-workers were late, they had to travel from Arlington to Alexandria.
