Meditation on Love: Tell Someone You Love Them Today...

...let that someone be yourself.

Affirm it. Look in the mirror and say "I love you" to yourself. Does it feel selfish? Do you feel guilty or foolish? Why? You are an expression of divinity. You are sacred. Let us not forget to love ourselves. Not to the exclusion of others, but with the inclusion.

Imagine your heart filling with love, warm and comforting. Love begins to seep out as it overflows from your heart. Perhaps it becomes so full your heart breaks and your being is filled with love so that soon it spills out from you and splashes on everyone around you. Imagine your world as a place of love. A place where healing happens.

No, it won't stop a bullet, but it still might save someone's life. Maybe even your own.
