The "terrorism tool" is being used again to scare people into compliance. If you have don't like the people that are listed your a terrorist. So like them/agree with them.... or else.
This is textbook state terrorism and fearganda.

No sane person wants to hurt people on wall street or government. I mean violence will do nothing but validate a authoritarian regime and less freedoms. All we have to do is stop using their institutions and stop funding them with the little money we have.

You don't have to hurt or kill people. Violence is the opposite of all anarchist/libertarian beliefs.
