I saw that site yesterday, but when I looked up George Braziller 1973 Publishing, apparently someone by that name and the same year has a book, I know its not relevant, but I am sure that the name and or publisher could have changed hands.

It looks like a cool book though.

Peace, NRE.

This was truly an amazing journey to read and study through this thread, so much to study and research now. This was graduate school level discussion and studies with virtually every poster (but the phallically challenged, of course).

I cannot say enough, OP, absolutely fascinating and impeccably presented. I do not know how much time it took to put this post together but I, for one, am grateful.

Can't wait for your next thread!

Ok. So here we go. I went back to the book to try to find out who is making it readily available, and this is what I found.

This is where it led me.
Which is "American Computer Science Association".

From the site.

Which if they are the ones making it available, that is why it is in print and not audio.

And I will say this, there is some crazy stuff written there. Seriously I'm reading through it and wondering why I cant stop reading. The stuff they have here is not the kind of stuff that many of us would put on the internet today.

I'm still searching, its getting better, the above site is chock full of conspiracy stuff, and some pretty deep stuff to. From what I can tell the copyright there was until 2005

Peace, NRE.

Very Interesting, can't wait to delve in. We do appear to be living in very interesting times !

BTW, if its copy written by them, that might explain why we see the same things, but on different sites.

IMHO, this is hard to find....on purpose.

Oh yeah, here is something about the title code that they claim on their site also.

Here is US 501 (c) 3

(3) Corporations, and any community chest, fund, or foundation, organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition (but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment), or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting, to influence legislation (except as otherwise provided in subsection (h)), and which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office.

You guys make your own conclusions on this one

Have to keep this thread alive. there is a lot of stuff here to read but perhaps we all should look at some of the older conspiracy stuff to see how revelant it is today. S&F for ya, keep up the great work:

So I read most pages of this thread and a few of the audio logs myself and found some startling information. In Audio letter # 25, Dr. Beter talks about 10 soviet cobalt bombs placed in various areas around the world. He also gives cordinates for the locations of these devices. Here is where it gets interesting.

"No. 7: 37-35-10 North, 144-5-20 East in the Japan Trench, around 350 miles northeast of Tokyo."

I took the cordinates shown and googled the epicenter for the 9.0 japan quake and here is what I got.

38.322°N, 142.369°E

Was a massive bomb set off that triggured the disaster? Would like help digging into this discovery. And thanks to the OP for providing interesting reading material.

This thread should serve as an example to any future thread poster and reader on ATS regarding conspiracies and mysteries.

This is what happens when we put our minds to work in a civilised collective, we achieve progression and results.

Compare this to the usual groundless ignorance and hatred and it makes me proud to be part of this site.

Again OP, great work.

So I am at audio file #24.

And the Soviets believe they can safely use such warfare, treaties or no treaties, because most of the Soviet Union has no history of earthquakes. The Soviet gigaton bombs in the Philippines are located at navigational coordinates which I will now reveal. No. 1 is at 17-23-23 north, 117-7-23 east; No. 2 is at 14-48-48 north, 119-2-18 east; No. 3 is at 14-0-40 north, 118-23-53 east; No. 4 is at 13-0-0 north, 117-42-8 east; No. 5 is at 12-0-54 north, 126-4-55 east; No. 6 is at 13-50-36 north, 125-21-45 east; No. 7 is at 19-48-3 north, 123-51-57 east. But to make sure that our west coast is devastated by the effects of a seeming natural disaster erupting in the Philippines, a series of 7 conventional but large hydrogen bombs have been planted off our west coast by the Soviet Union. These can be set off in conjunction with those in the Philippines, and at the right moment to produce tidal waves which would sweep in from the Pacific with devastating effect along our west coast. Bomb No. 1 west of Seattle is at 48-0-0 north, 127-50-0 west; No. 2 west of Eugene, Oregon is at 43-29-18 north, 127-55-5 west; No. 3 west of San Francisco is at 37-8-45 north, 125-42-30 west; No. 4 west of Monterey is at 36-31-0 north, 125-26-30 west; No. 5, also west of Monterey, is at 36-26-30 north, 124-56-0 west; No. 6 west of Los Angeles is at 33-25-15 north, 122-23-50 west; and No. 7 southwest of San Diego is at 31-45-35 north, 120-36-0 west.

I am adding them to Google, and seeing (and using) the first several options to check for clues. No science, just numbers, and this is some of what I got so far.

17-23-23 north

118-23-53 east

118:23:53 Cernan: ...this has got to be one of the most proud moments of my life. I guarantee you. (Pause) (To Jack) Why don't you get a close-in one and we'll trade cameras.

[Gene steps to the west of the pole and salutes. Jack steps in to take a close-up, AS17-134- 20380, then moves east, possibly to take a down-Sun, but does not do so. Finally, he gives Gene the camera and they trade places.]

12-0-54 north

126-4-55 east

13-50-36 north

125-21-45 east

19-48-3 north

From the file.

48-0-0 north

37-8-45 north n7TaG4G4nDgQfCsODtCg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CBkQ6AEwAA
This is just a study of the sun's declination.

36-31-0 north

31-45-35 north

120-36-0 west

I may be tired, or even going a bit mad with all of this, but I decided to add the coordinates with out the names of the places, and see what comes up. To me this is beginning to look like a puzzle, maybe something that can be added together, or the madness of a person (me) trying to see something that might not even be there.

But I will let you guys decide. We have North Korea, Japan, Apollo 17, and more.

Peace, NRE.

I have got to thank everyone for their participation in this thread. You guys seriously have given me new hope on seeing the things that many cannot. I am proud to be a member, and proud to have had the opportunity to have participated with you all.... especially those that bought a bit of debate to the table, added info, and contributed info and kind words. I have been at this thread almost none stop since 9 am Thursday, and I still think that I have only scratched the surface. I haven't been this excited about conspiracy in a long time. That's what its all about.

Peace, NRE.

Here are some other things that are very interesting in Audio Letter #24. Some quotes,

A number of rivers around the country are also known to be involved already. These include the Mississippi, the Missouri, the Illinois, the Ohio, the Columbia, the Potomac, and the Susquehanna. In the Mississippi alone there are already 31 bombs located near dams, and locks, and other strategic points. The farthest to the north is a bomb about 5 miles downstream of Little Falls, Minnesota. From there, they have all been planted all the way down to New Orleans of Louisiana, where 2 bombs are in the river. There are also two other bombs near New Orleans at the east end of Lake Pontchartrain.

Has anyone ever mentioned bombs in these areas? Flooding maybe? Hmmm.

Starting just north of New Zealand, a band of geological instability runs northwestward toward the Philippines, then
northeastward past Japan to the Kamchatka Peninsula, eastward along the Aleutians to Alaska, and then southward along the west coast of the United States, Mexico, Central America, and onwardall the way to Chile. This long, irregular zone around the Pacific rim is often called the “Ring of Fire.”

How many of these places have had devastating earthquakes?

Governors and other high State officials have encountered basically two reactions—one is that “This is something for the Federal government, so we’ll refer it to them”; and of course there it ends. The other main response is to the effect:

“Naturally even if we did find a bomb in the lake next to the dam, we would not make it public—after all, we don’t want to excite the people.”

I will have to admit you have my curiosity about all this stuff renewed. I have been saving things conspiracy related since the 70's, and as soon as the internet came along I started downloading all I could find for future reference. I have a full filing cabinet full of stuff, guess it is time to bring some of it back as well to see where we stand. Let's keep this info rolling, it's time for people to realise that the plans for our demise have been in the works for years. I would S&F your thread again if I could.

Heya, RogerRamJet.

So had any of this Dr. Peter Beter material made it in to your collection since the 70s?

It would be helpful to know as we try to verify Dr. Beter.

Simply to annoy petty bureaucrats like yourself ,who, having nothing to say about the content of a thread, go off on a tangent and criticize grammatical style or some other nonsensical non-issue.

The thread seems to be going well though despite some early doubts by some as to the authenticity of Dr. Peter D Beter.

Despite the efforts of certain alphabet agencies to erase him from history, those who persist and are tenacious in their investigations will be rewarded .

I will have to have a look, at work right now but will start digging it out tomorrow. I have only glanced at Beter's work so far, but a lot of it sounds very familiar. I will be back, and will probably start posting some of it next week.

Really top shelf stuff NoRegretsEver

In going over the OP (not the links of yet) a few things really jumped out to me that rang true on something else I`d come across just recently and wondered if it was at all related to Mr Beters research.Especially where he mentions family.

I`ll post it here just so you can have a browse.

Congressional Record--Appendix, pp. A34-A35
January 10, 1963

Just a few that lifted my eyebrows and remember this is from 1963 compared to the world of today.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

There`s many more in the list of 45 which I think are relevant, but for many I would replace Communist with TPTB.

Note at the bottom it says that this document hasn`t been digitized and can be verified through a US library,I would love someone from ATS to verify it.

Thats it for now and will continue reading your OP

PS I`ll say "Dr. Peter Beter" just to give it one more google log of the name

Definitely a lot of material worth looking into, shame most haven't heard of Dr Beter or know of his complete works. Thanks for bringing it to us NRE, if I could flag this topic again I would. My weekend will be busy reading and listening.
