Funny, as when she is demanding the rich pay more, a mirror should be facing her.

It is always different for Liberals. She knows better with tax money and your money. Her money is not on for discussion.

She is asking for the rich to pay more and for bankers to stop been so big, but that is just a gesture toward the gullible tax payer, because she knows that as long as it Republicans in congress none of them will vote to increase taxes on the rich or to brake big banks.

After all her husband is a banker.

Barack Hussein Obama said:

And that’s who needs to pay less taxes? They want to give people like me a two hundred thousand dollar tax cut that’s paid for by asking thirty three seniors to each pay six thousand dollars more in health costs?

The part you should focus on is:
They want to give people like me a two hundred thousand dollar tax cut

Bury her inbox with demands she donate it to the government. Make her put her own money where her mouth is.

The Progressives giving the least to charity and scaring the old people to get elected is as reliable as an atomic clock. They do it over and over and over again because it works.

Oddly the Left is now the richest segment of society. They profit the most from Capitalism but hate it. Yeah sure.

The interesting thing about Pelosi .. who by the way isn't the richest member, though the richest woman. She herself only made something like 110 thousand dollars last year.

Her husband however made from 30 million to almost 200 hundred million dollars.

He only has to report what HE PERSONALLY makes as a trade, that is, from an account bearing his name.

Most of HIS money came from Apple stocks and a soccer league.

However..

His actual job, that is, what he "does for a living" is managing an investment firm, that does not have to disclose public information on the specific trades they make. The SEC, hypothetically, should have a copy of this information, but we'd never see it.

So it's easiest to determine if there is any foul play by viewing available information. I posted a list of Transactions now here is a list of assets

What can I say, that is no already said, my friend, this what corporate American whores are doing to our nation when they get or are prop into seats of power, America is not run by common American people anymore with interest in the regular hard working Joe, they cater to the interest that rules their money and lives.

We are truly a corrupt country politically and people still praise this political whores and even defend them.

Our nation truly has fallen to the bottom when it comes to what it was mean to be for the people.

What a joke.

Not sure why there is a concern with her investments or with the return she made. Anyone with money in the market and half a brain saw similar returns last year. While I may have problems with her politics, I see no problem with her or anyone investing thier money in the markets and getting a return on that investment.

Tax her more; she's rich. She is supposed to share the wealth. She's a greedy capitalist. She has to do more to help poor people.

Have I hit most of the Progressive mantras concerning the alarming number of rich people in America?

Wow those are some serious returns on investment. You got to have some serious insider information on where the money is flowing to get wins like that. Almost like Nancy and husband know that the government is a huge spender and know exactly when and where that money is going to go.

Normal white collar criminals would get at least some jail time for this. I guess taxes and laws are only for us little people.

When you look at the markets lows that were set in 2009 across the major indexes to the highs along with a little bit of common sense it was hard to not get those returns. And if you invest over the long term building a substantial investment portfolio is easy. When I started investing in the mid 80's the S&P was around 250. While we are not back to the highs of 2000 the S&P is around 1270 right now. It is not realy rocket science, it is just steady investing and common sense.

And that is still less that 20 million. Not being sarcastic, is there legit others to cover the other 30 million? If not that is a huge discrepancy. And I get audited at 22k a year

I am not suprised. Nanci Peliosi is God's Gift to America. She is a robotic being from the planet ZubZorb sent to make all of us cringe. She has advanced knowledge of the stock market through her hideously wrinkly superpowers, and someone keeps whispering in her ear "They love you...You're beautiful!", making her stinking inner circutry go all melty. But her primary objective will never be lost: MAKE THEM CRINGE: directive: eat massive sloppy joe leaving unhuman quantities of bbq sauce on shrieking facial construct: Objective complete: Directive: Make sure cole-slaw is stuck in robo-teeth and bbq-smeared face looks totally insane: Objective complete.

the trouble is, She and the "others" are the very ones in charge of the tax rates in the first place !

they "talk" loud, but walk backwards at the same time !

as long as these "types" are in office, the average worker will continue to pay.

and remember, it's not just income tax.....

Didn't see anyone else ask it.
How many millions did she have before getting elected? I would hate for some evidence to surface that she used her position to get some bribes, kickbacks or payoffs at the corporate level.
Like what you see when a congressman doesnt get re-elected and goes to work for a lobbying firm.

The pure hatred from the posters in this thread is really scary. Your hate is so deep for someone who is wealthy it leads you to accusations of illegal doings without a shred of proof and you don't question it. She is automatically guilty and I could easily imagine you guys forming a lynch gang and hanging her just from pure hate.

I disagree with her policies but that's as far as I go. God forbid some people invest wisely and know how to turn money into more money.

She didn't have any millions herself, but her husband was a real estate investor, as well as an investment firm among other projects. Her first step into politics was interning and volunteering at DNC events in Cali. She won her seat during a special election.. it's one of those seats that if you can manage to not !@#%! up completely (talking to you mr. wiener) it's neigh impossible to loose it once you have it.

Also I never accused her of insider trading but I do find politicians holding stock in a company to be suspicious until their voting habits confirm they don't er .... tip the scales.

The biggest example would be Dick Cheney .. probably the single most corrupt politician to ever walk through DC .. he openly held investments in various military/industrial corporations (including Haliburton) and then set up special contracts .. everything from feeding troops to transporting oil from Iraq. Of course most politicians are far less obvious.. He was a special kind of Dick.
