How are they are ever going to prove in a court of law that these people were actually homeless? Subpeona the bums? I seriously doubt that anyone will get convicted of this if they give it a decent fight.
Despite its political form, the new republic was still known as Deutsches Reich in German. This phrase was commonly translated into English as German Empire, although the German word Reich has a broader range of connotations than the English "empire", so the name is most often translated to the German Reich in English. The English word "realm" captures broadly the same meaning. The common short form remained Germany.
The Weimar Republic (Weimarer Republik [ˈvaɪmaʁɐ ʁepuˈbliːk] ( listen)) is the name given by historians to the parliamentary republic established in 1919 in Germany to replace the imperial form of government. It was named after Weimar, the city where the constitutional assembly took place.
The last years of the Weimar Republic were stamped by even more political instability than in the previous years. The administrations of Chancellors Brüning, Papen, Schleicher and Hitler (from 30 January to 23 March 1933) governed through presidential decree, rather than through consultation with the Reichstag (the German parliament).

The law does not prevent you from helping the homeless, and it does not prevent you from feeding them.

I believe I have the answer to your question, "Why can't you feed the homeless in the Orlando area." ... a very high percentage of those being fed are convicted child molesters, drunks and drug addicts. I am all for helping those in need, but you would have to see the characters who hang around there. They are so high or drunk that they walk around confused. I saw a homeless man with his son and I sparked up a conversation with him. He told me he cannot hold a job because of mental issues. He was dressed in black dirty dress pants with holes in them and his shirt was stained, wrinkled and dirty.
6/15/11 6 more activist arrested in Orlando for Sharing food with the hungry. 2 young children are being served as close to 20 police officers swarm in and arrest the food servers. This brings to total number of arrest for this horrendous crime up to 21 people within a two week time period!
OK, the question is, do you stand under them or are you a person? I would never obey them at all.
