Why do I care
for something never there
I'm up in the air
I'm out of my mind it screams contradiction
because my soul is free
the relief is temporary coated with permanent scars
skin crawls bones slither
I can't fathom what is set before me
I fear what will come after me
I presently stand speechless.

No I just kinda sit in silence and write whatever I happen to be feeling at the moment. It works great to relieve stress for me.
