We Humans seem determined to create and invent technology which WILL make our species redundant !

People will marvel and applaud those whom develop robots, AI and all the other artificial forms of life designed to make our lives easier BUT one day they will regret these advances......

You're looking at the end of Capitalism ladies and gentlemen.

That will replace the manufacturing industries, and the service industries. Soon, they will also be replacing surgeons and even robot designers. That's right, robots will be designing and manufacturing better robots in the next 15 years.

Seeing them work irl on the jo some years back, was pretty interesting, yet scary at the same time. All because of sheer accuracy and quickness.

Soon to out qualify most people's job position. The latest advance was with the study of ones who are said to be "feeling altruism"(also in a more recent thread).

Back in the mid 80's, I saw an entire company convert to robots...

I had to train them...

They have and will evolve long after humans are gone forever...
