First of all I do not want to sound like I am an attention whore or something. Liejunke01 is original and I realize that I do offend some people.....often

I do try to contribute when I feel the other person(or whatever is at the other end of the screen:puz
really wants to engage in a quality conversation, but I have my "TROLL" moments, I believe everybody does. I try to keep it at a minimum. You may disagree.

Whew...., got the guilt trip out of the way.

I have been a member for a short while and I spend most of my free time on ATS. Much to the girlfriend's disagreement........... I am curious as to if your Karma, Watts index, stars, flags, is what qualifies you for this, or is it just how long you have been a member?

What do I have to strive for to make this happen? My silver and gold.

I did not really see an explanation on this. I looked a little. You can give your input if you are bored. It is even ok if you want to have a troll moment.

To become a silver/gold member you must first become either silver or gold itself.

You must consistently, over a period of time, produce interesting, entertaining threads, with a lot of info or that inspires conversation that creates info, and you must present it logically, with great content. If you read some of the threads of these members, you will see that that is what they do.

You have to give up your life to a greater degree that other non-gold, silver members give to scour the internet for crap.

What will it be? Life or gold membership?

We better not ask the girlfriend this question.

She would say that ATS is my life. Which isn't a problem for me, but I do make it out into the real world once in a while.

The good news is you are already (unofficially) a Bronze Member!

To make it to silver level, you must first acquire some colloidal silver.

en.wikipedia.org...

Be careful though, or you end up like this-

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/4b61675da47d.jpg[/atsimg]

But even still, it's totally worth it!

Now, I have no idea what it takes to make it to Gold Level, but I am currently investigating. I think it has something to do with 500,000 year-old gold mines in Africa, atmospheric gold seeding, Anunnaki, etc....but still working on it.

It is funny you say this.

I have some SSD (silver sulfadiazine cream) right here in front of me.

I am on my way.

And thank you for the information.

Knee-pads, unhingable jaw, and last but not least an incredible tolerance for pain.

Goodluck to you my friend.

From what I have seen lately, you must:
Submit a reply to every topic even though you have no idea what you are replying to;
Start new threads with the words "Breaking News," or "Attention."
Start threads in the metaphysics section with the word "Love" in the title;
Start threads that are self-congratulatory;
Scour YouTube for "neat-o" videos and post them;
And Never EVER use the search function before posting a new topic. I know I love reading the same "Breaking News" threads by different authors frequently.

The End
Over and Out
pshhhht

It's an alchemical transformation...lead into gold, the negrido into albido, the hieros-gamos of the Great Work, etc etc.

That sounds pretty accurate. In my case, I became a hard core addict during a nine month stint on unemployment. Now that I've been working for over a year, I don't contribute as much and sometimes suffer violent withdraw symptoms.

If you want to get there, post stories that interest you and be ready to debate others on the merits of your position. Being a passionate debater is a good way to get plenty of S&F but be careful not to get too carried away; I've seen plenty of great posters get themselves banned because they started to take this place too seriously.

My best advice is to have fun here and try to keep in touch with the real world when you can.

Now that is funny.

Thank you. I have an episode every once in a while, but I try to keep it under T&C as much as possible.
