I watched the video, but didn't understand what was going on completely. Now it seems there is a dog crapping on the yard issue.
If the lake is at a park, then there is probably no alcohol or drugs permitted, and signs stating so. The old guy probably lives with some type of
homeowners association rules that prohibited a fence being put up. There are a lot of variables missing from the video, such as, did the dog crap in
the old dude's yard? Does this happen everyday?
If someone, like the old dude, has a problem with people on his yard then he should trade his million dollar house on the lake for a house surrounded
by forests. If I see a person around my house, it is already too late for them to feel safe due to any laws.
