"Improved" search function is a total fail.

Its become extremely difficult to simply locate a thread based on key words within a title.

The user is now prone to duplicate threads as well as an inability to locate relevant information.

At minimum, provide the option of using the previous search function. Startling lack of testing and insight.

Just so you know, they don't seem to be finished with upgrading the search feature yet.

You have to remember it's still in it's infancy.

Yeah it's not too flash right now but hopefully it will improve.

i like it better than the old one, its easier to use... i understand what your saying but it is still new and has to be ironed out yet

i tried looking up how to print out a individual post...

the 'this post' function no longer pulls up a 'print' compatable copy of the text in the post...
what gives ?

i punched in the thread number and pid # and all that appears is the visual scroll down page of the thread itself...i guess that this function has been trash canned for some reason ?

Regardless, they should reinstate the previous search functions until this new one is "completed".
