Go down to Boots the Chemist or some other pharmacy chain and buy some Allicin tablets.....(pure garlic powder, most refined form and does not
smell)... Follow dosage for 2 weeks or so and come off alcohol as well......
Works for me......... then i go back on alcohol and hey presto........ no bugs, virus etc etc
