Exactly. You would think an "advanced" alien species would care about order. They could be a society of people like the Europeans that invaded America. There is no way I'd welcome these guys unless they admitted to everything and turned over any of their kind that might still be kidnapping and raping like the reports claim.

You do realize that this was a hypothetical post and not a definitive statement right? In the spirit of the original question, yes we should go after them. Fairies are evil in most countries except America and so are most versions of the Santa tale. My favorite being about him putting bad children in his sack, taking them to hell, and leaving a lump of coal in place of the child. The American version is a little different. LOL

Yeah, I was just trying to get the point across that, for argument's sake, Santa was real (the nice Americanized version ), he would be a mass lawbreaker, so, should we take him to trial? How would we do it? We're talking about a man with supernatural powers. He can pass through walls, travel at ridiculous speeds, and generally laughs in the face of the laws of physics.

These aliens you are portraying seem like they'd be magnitudes more advanced and capable than Santa Claus, so, rather than putting either of them on trial, we should be trying not to piss them off, seeing as they could probably annihilate our entire race at their our whim. They could make rape and murder seem like a picnic, and I'm sure Santa could too if he were that way inclined

Well if they have super powers, it might not be so easy to do. I would imagine they would be far more advanced than us and would possible put us into prisons. Just hope if any ever do show up, they're friendly.
