I'm not saying it's ok, it is indeed quite distasteful, and disrespectful towards his daughter. But it isn't illegal, and it isn't child pornography. But we are arguing the philosophical issue here. People are too emotional about this topic, and they let it easily affect their judgment, letting the the "thought police" degrade our rights and freedoms in all sorts of new ways. According to most people here, a 16 year old fantasizing about a 13 ear old wouldn't be that bad, but when it's a "dirty 40 year old man" there's something oh so disturbing about it. It's so ridiculously stupid.

They probably arent investigating because the daughter didnt live with the father and the father is currently being held for a slew of real crimes other than tasteless photoshop perversions.

I mean before that when the daughter told the mother about the posing for pictures incident. After the fact they only police or dcf or whoever only investigated after the photoshopping incident. So where were their heads prior to this?
