So when someone goes from thought of murdering their jerk boss, to painting a gory picture of it in their livingroom, then they should be charged with a crime? If I go from thought about taking out the bilderburger crew, to writing a novel about it, I should be charged with a crime?

But you would never know about it, would you? Unless it was a buddy of yours and for some strange reason he thought it was a great idea to show you his photoshopping skills, or had it as the screen saver or something. Chances are at 15, there are probably a few standard racy pictures on her myspace somewhere :p

Over here in the U.K a lot of women think it is cool to go out on their hen-nights dressed as school girls in scantily clad uniforms, most of which are the uniforms of girls under 16 (most colleges and universitys here don't have uniforms, so they must be replicating the dress of an underage girl IMO.)
how do people on here feel about this?
are the women themselves guilty of a moral crime by dressing this way and not only wearing a school uniform but making the uniform and the way it is worn seem somehow appealing to men?
are the men who ogle at the hens dressed in girls school uniforms guilty of any moral crime for wishing to be with a woman, who is wearing a school uniform in a seductive manner?
I've often wondered about this and personally i think it is disgusting that this behaviour should go on.
what do people on here feel
sorry if its off topic

Other uses of note for a school girl uniform involve school oriented plays as well as popular music videos. Several pop-stars have been noted to wear either a catholic school girl uniform or the Japanese version while filming these videos to give them a cute but sexy look. They appear young and energetic while reminding people of their younger and often more hormonally intrigued days of being back in school.
The people who need these outfits are generally going to be performing a costume play routine, want to dress as their favorite anime or manga character, feel like a little naughty role-play of another more adult type, or will in fact be attending a catholic school soon. The uses for a school girl outfit are many and varied, not all of which are for the viewing or imaginations of those under the legal age of sexual consent.

I would prefer them staying home playing with photoshop, rather than looking for a real kid to play with anyday. Or buying one of those dolls from china

And a last more chilling thought, sex attackers rarely ever become normal people again (normal has many definitions) and are likely to re-offend constantly.
This girl would never know of this and would never have any emotional scars because of it. In this case it would be a victimless crime and thus not illegal, no matter how distasteful we find it. Unfortunately in this case she was a “real” person and was in direct contact with him, and therefore is a real victim.

Nope, she still would never know about it and it would still be a victimless crime, unless he told her or showed her the photo.
