While I have heard of people who lust their children, I think this is taking it to an extreme.

I think there is grounds for this young lady to divorce her father and file for child support.

In the meantime, I can think of more constructive things for this man to do in his spare time. For example, stare at a blank wall. Rearrange the living room, then rearrange it back. Keep repeating.

A little therapy wouldn't hurt him either. By a little, I mean ***ALLOT***!

If he doesn't want to get a life, the least he can do is leave his daughter alone.

Forever.

So when someone goes from thought of murdering their jerk boss, to painting a gory picture of it in their livingroom, then they should be charged with a crime? If I go from thought about taking out the bilderburger crew, to writing a novel about it, I should be charged with a crime?

Yes it is called conspiracy to commit murder and you will be prosecuted for it!

BOOYA EAT THAT!

Peace

Nope, there is a big difference between making a picture and conspiracy to commit murder.

can you conspire with yourself ?

The rest of this is directed at all ats users .

Over here in the U.K a lot of women think it is cool to go out on their hen-nights dressed as school girls in scantily clad uniforms, most of which are the uniforms of girls under 16 (most colleges and universitys here don't have uniforms, so they must be replicating the dress of an underage girl IMO.)

how do people on here feel about this?

are the women themselves guilty of a moral crime by dressing this way and not only wearing a school uniform but making the uniform and the way it is worn seem somehow appealing to men?

are the men who ogle at the hens dressed in girls school uniforms guilty of any moral crime for wishing to be with a woman, who is wearing a school uniform in a seductive manner?

I've often wondered about this and personally i think it is disgusting that this behaviour should go on.

what do people on here feel

sorry if its off topic

The sickening thing about this is that it also means that he can legally paste your or my daughter's face onto a porn picture for his own sick pleasure.

My daughter is 15 years old. If he did that to my daughter I think I would have to seriously hurt him regardless of the law.
I think I would be justified in doing so and wouldn't lose any sleep over my actions.

But you would never know about it, would you? Unless it was a buddy of yours and for some strange reason he thought it was a great idea to show you his photoshopping skills, or had it as the screen saver or something. Chances are at 15, there are probably a few standard racy pictures on her myspace somewhere :p

Of course the beating would depend on my finding out about it, And no, there are no racy pictures of my 15 year old daughter. I raised her better than that. She doesn't have a Myspace or Facebook account. She thinks their stupid.
She also doesn't have a cell phone. I think she might be the only girl in her high school without one. Heck she is almost a Luddite!

A kid that don't own a cellphone? Those still exist? Wow, that is pretty rare. Great job

I will admit that while she is not too happy about not having a cell phone. But until she gets a job and can pay for it herself I see no need for her to have one. I will probably break down and get her one once she gets her drivers license...too many crazies out in the roads.

Back on topic though. With the photoshopping technology always improving will we get to the point that we will not be able to tell if a pornographic image of a child is real or not? It may get to the point that the prosecutors will not be able to convict anyone of this crime due to advances in technology.

This is something that's been encouraged by the music industry. How many music videos have been created using a young pop star dressing in a school uniform? Britney Spears (Baby One More Time), t.A.T.u. (‘All You Ever Do’) etc

Other uses of note for a school girl uniform involve school oriented plays as well as popular music videos. Several pop-stars have been noted to wear either a catholic school girl uniform or the Japanese version while filming these videos to give them a cute but sexy look. They appear young and energetic while reminding people of their younger and often more hormonally intrigued days of being back in school.

The people who need these outfits are generally going to be performing a costume play routine, want to dress as their favorite anime or manga character, feel like a little naughty role-play of another more adult type, or will in fact be attending a catholic school soon. The uses for a school girl outfit are many and varied, not all of which are for the viewing or imaginations of those under the legal age of sexual consent.

The t.T.A.u. music video caused worldwide controversy, which features the duo Yulia and Lena (and their lesbian facade) in school-girl uniforms kissing in front of a crowd of on-lookers.

The song reached worldwide success, having been certified in 10 countries ranging from silver to 2x platinum.

You'll find the school girl theme at many strip clubs, pole & lap dancing clubs.

What seems to be missed when people decry the fascination or fantasy evoked, of seeing a sexy schoolgirl outfit, is that for guys at least, most of our formative SEXUAL MEMORIES & EMOTIONS, were experienced during PUBERTY, aka while at SCHOOL! Are we meant to have a KILL SWITCH as we grow older?

Honestly, what creates the various FETISHES that people develop? It's usually caused by some erotic process experienced at a very formative period of our lives. Why do some people get off on 'golden showers', or being spanked, or wanting to be breast fed etc in their 30's etc???

I'll finish by proving my point that the music industry is complicit in trying to breakdown societies moral fabric!

Here's the Top 10 song about underage lust by some of YOUR FAV BANDS!

10. Billy Idol - Cradle of Love
Yes the cradle of love don't rock easily it's true
Well now
It burned like a ball of fire
When the rebel took a little child bride
To tease yeah so go easy yeah
Cause love cuts a million ways
Shakes the devil when he misbehaves

9. Seventeen - Winger
She's only seventeen,
daddy says she's too young,
but she's old enough for me

8. Led Zeppelin - Sick Again
From the window of your rented limousine I caught your pretty blue eyes
One day soon you're gonna reach sixteen painted lady in the city of lies

You say illegal
I say legal's never been my scene

Yeah, tonight I'm gonna rock ya (Tonight I'm gonna rock ya)
Tonight!
You're sweet but you're just four feet
And you still got your baby teeth

5. Led Zeppelin - The Ocean
she is only 3 years old
it's a real fine way to start

4. KISS - Christine Sixteen
I don't usually say things like this to girls your age,
but when I saw you coming out of the school that day,
that day I knew, I knew,
I've got to have you, I've got to have you

3. Ted Nugent - Jailbait
Jailbait you look so good to me,
jailbait won't you set me free,

1. Slice of Your Pie - Motley Crue
So young...ever get caught, they'll arrest me

Sadly, people who start doing that sort of things normally get bolder and bolder, this could quite easily go two ways, he could start attacking his own daughter or he could start stalking other children.

His behaviour is very concerning and checks a lot of profile boxes about sex offenders, at the very least he should be monitored. As parents my wife and I think our daughter is very pretty but the notion to associate my own flesh and blood with porn would take a very sick mind.

And a last more chilling thought, sex attackers rarely ever become normal people again (normal has many definitions) and are likely to re-offend constantly.

Is it true or do you just want it to be true so you used a source that you want to believe back up your claim?

What is your point?

Are you disputing the studies? Do you have a source that shows higher recidivism rate?

I admit I have not read this entire thread, at about page 30 I said enough and skipped to the end to post my thoughts.

First I do not recall anybody saying they think his actions were morally ok on any of the points. They simply were commenting on the legality of it, while still admitting that he was a twisted individual. And secondly, those bashing Boondock for his religious views are doing the exact same thing. They are trying to enforce their belief onto his world and make religion “illegal.” Sure this is an exaggeration I know but is the spirit of the act. I for one agree Religion has no real purpose in our lives other than to teach people the basic tenets of all religion. As in what is right and wrong. And what this man did is wrong on so many levels. Boondock never said he thought the man did no wrong. He stated many times he believed him to be wrong, and in fact believes many of us are guilty as well. His belief being tied in religion in no way makes it ok for us to ridicule him. This only makes us the thought police so many are trying to avoid.

The idea of thought police is the big issue people here have, and it is a valid point. However in this case I have to say there is a real victim here. This child is a victim emotionally if not physically. However let’s take away the fact this is his daughter. What if this man downloaded a picture of the porn star, and then downloaded a picture of some unknown girl and did the photo shopping. This girl would never know of this and would never have any emotional scars because of it. In this case it would be a victimless crime and thus not illegal, no matter how distasteful we find it. Unfortunately in this case she was a “real” person and was in direct contact with him, and therefore is a real victim. So yes, in this case I have to say it was wrong both morally and legally. But that is my opinion, and unfortunately I am not in charge to enforce my opinions, so I have to let the courts decide and try to live with it.

On top of the photo shopping topic there is the very real and very illegal aspect of him giving drugs to her, and him attempting to take lewd pictures of her. He is obviously a disturbed individual and needs to be punished for his actions. Does this include Death? I think not, but yes prison time, and the oh so damning label of Child Molester. Not only for the obvious fact he tried to take pictures of her, but also for the controversial fact of the photo shopping, as yes she is a victim in this as well.

Nope, she still would never know about it and it would still be a victimless crime, unless he told her or showed her the photo.

True, you make a valid point.

I am making an assumption that she knows of it, or will in the course of events. I know assumptions can be dangerous, so without knowing more of the story we can’t be sure… I am just assuming that due to the nature of this story she does or will soon know of it.

If she finds out about this from the media, should the media be punished? I dont think that "she knows about it" is in any way sufficient to be considered against the law. It is simply not a crime from any angle I look at it.
