Well worth a watch. It is such an amazing sight, especially after seeing it go by overhead a week ago. It really puts it in perspective. I hate the idea of the privatisation of space , which I can't help thinking about when seeing the end of the shuttle era.

I'm very sad to see the end of the shuttles. In fact, I'm currently trying to convince my brother to fly down to FL with me to see the shuttle launch in July.

Awesome video. S&F

The 720p video by the Russians, well it's clear those aren't stars, they need to wash their windows, LOL! Much appreciated though boys, when you zoomed in and focused those were amazing shots, be proud to make history.

Its clear to see the Shuttle is one big bird comparatively, wow, but alas, wasteful American excess is just too expensive to be shuttling that big craft to LEO anymore. You can see a couple of Soyuz(s?) attached to the ISS and it looks like a couple of them could fit in the Shuttle bay. Obviously why NASA launches of the Shuttle cost so much more than the Soviet Soyuz.
