No matter how godly you think you are.

they should just use the bill to provide Africa with free toilet paper.

free wiping for centuries to come.

So why particularly Africa, I'm just curious as to what your meaning is there?

Why not Africa?

No meaning behind it.

You can even replace it with Canada if you want. =)

Point is, the bill is only good for one thing, wiping your rear with.

Why are we even having this argument? Because the government that was supposed to change everything didnt. If they would have fixed the economy the right way instead of dogging Bush for giving out bailouts and then doing the same thing we wouldnt be here now. If Americans had jobs most wouldnt even be worried about health care, they get it from their employer. How exactly is making healthcare mandatory helping? Are we supposed to get better access now because its mandatory? Also how can we pay for it when he keeps giving out waivers to all of his friends in Unions with the "Cadillac" insurance? I guess those are the people he likes so we will foot the bill. His program will never work. How can it when there is no one left to pay for it? The whole situation seems a little fishy to me especially since most who backed it now want waivers. Did they know it was crap from the jump? And as far as Mass. no its not working most upper class who have to pay for it moved or just pay the fine. Its bankrupting the state look it up. That is why Romney will not get the GOP nod because no conservative will believe he will do anything about that 2000 page madness they call health care

The Lord, Fate, Deity or what-have-you... works in mysterious ways.

Obama is gonna be like US Rep Weiner. The Dems will be running from him (come election season swing). Mark my words.

I just heard a poll tonight that indicated 47% won't vote for Obama no matter what happens between here and election day. Sounds like some pretty P.O'ed people.

I find it very interesting how the MSM isn't covering this story.

I bet you my bottom dollar had the 3 judges praised the Obama Atty and ObamaCare it would have been put on a big media loop and ran all day and night.

I just don't understand why the MSM is being so "in the Tank" for Obama when it is ever increasingly apparent that the man is a clueless oaf....?

Maybe we should be thanking them, i don't know

Anyway, the day ObamaCare is Overturn... there will be people dancing in the streets. Mark my words. And, it will be the End of the Obama administration. IMO.

Yeah, why Africa?
We here in America are getting in the rear with every devious underhanded law thats passed... we need that paper... we can't afford to the squeeze-ably soft stuff anymore.
It's Unconstitutional !!!!!! I object!

I know your post had nothing to do with race

I concur! it is unconstitutional.

And Even Obama knows that, but he cares not about that piece of paper.

All he cares about is his agenda, not what is right for the people.

The EpicFail that is coming on all things Obama is why I believe we now have been subjected to week two of WeinerGate (now, Huma's preggers!)

The distraction of the sexting ("look over here America...just like his politics...THIS leans left too!) scandal and the useful idiocy of Anthony Weiner give great cover (media wise) to all the incompetetance and blatant fraud of the current Regime.

The unConstitutionality of ObamaCare (ooops...don't put HIS name on it now since it is not working out as contrived) is the standard for just about EVERYTHING that has been done since he took office. We have been a Nation of Laws--ultimately defined by the founders in our Constitution; the far left doesn't 'recognize' that and prefers to be a nation of men--RULED by one--Duh Won--from who all government favor and largesse must flow (so vote early and often for him in 2012). Why else the early media rally around Romney? He is ObamaCare 1.0...propping up Romney gives (IMO) cred to Obama.

The problem with the next elections is that people are fed up with the two elite parties, both parties are bought by corporate interest, the Goldman Sach rules Washington, we haven't have a government for the people in decades.

Is nobody to vote for is not political party worth the American public attention.

And most people in the nation knows this, elections are fake.

Southern justice at its best -- "lets decide the case before we hear the arguments"

"And in an ominous sign for the administration, the judges opened the arguments by saying they knew of no case in American history where the courts had upheld the government's power to force someone to buy a product."

You know the score on this is even so far -- and I would expect nothing else from the great state of Georgia -- we have legislators here saying we need to not require drivers licenses.

This mandate that isnt really a mandate is working quite well in Mass. and other than a single payer there is no other way to make the "personal responsibility parrots" take any, without engineering it.

Is "Southern Justice" just a way to couch what you really meant? Of course the reason this law is in trouble is because Obama is black, and has nothing to do with the fact that it's so blatantly unconstitutional on its face that the justices commented on it before hearing any evidence.

Give up the race card please. It has lost ALL credibility.

because the media is largely composed of clueless oafs.
the clueless oafs are standing together.
Clueless Oafs, Unite!!!

all the economic theories (and other policies like health care) that work so well in the classroom are epic-failing in real life, and they won't accept it.

The clowns in the White House have no idea how to run a - successful - U.S. economy.
All they have is cute little tricks like - cash for clunkers -.

As the unemployment rate rises to 9.5%, 10.2% and 11% then the GOP candidate
will walk into the White House no problem on a protest vote.

They won't have to accept it.
The rest of us already know the truth.
This was a necessary part of our history.
The American people will look back at this moment and say
"The American people tried on a socialist suit and it did not fit."

We will have to take steps to get people away from this entitlement mentality.

yeah...right...let's put the very people back into office that got us into this mess in the first place. the republicans want a facist (the dictionary definition) state, and have for years passed laws to bring that about.
we have the lowest income taxes of any industralized country, while at the same time, massive amounts of wealth are being moved from the bottom to the top. all this, and at the same time the republicans are calling for more TAX CUTS!
actually, with that supreme court ruling about allowing anonymous, unlimited, private, personal and/or corporate political donations to be made, it's only a matter of when, not if, america becomes a facist nation, just like Italy became in the 1930's.
the republicans have been doing everything they can to make our president fail, no matter how much it damages the country. how can i say this?....it's all in writing in the votes and speeches in congress since the 2008 election.

Socialism doesn't work.
-----------------------------
Obama is going down the toilet.
-------------------------------
He hates the private sector and capitalism.
But like i said earlier, this is a perfect page for our history books.
- The American people tried on a socialist suit and it did not fit. -

the private sector, and/or capitalism, ONLY cares about people who can produce a profit for them, nothing more, nothing less. if a person cannot produce a profit, you are a burden to be done away with or ignored.

Join capitalism or leave for Canada.
It's great up there!
They have free health care and the people are wonderful.
I recommend Nova Scotia.
Have fun and don't come back.

You won't see a lot of negative press from the MSM on ObamaCare. Insurance companies wrote the bill, and they are major commercial sponsors of the MSM. CNN et. al. will not bite the hands that feed them.
