Cool free PC FPS game

This game may not look like much at first glance but its hands down the best FPS game i have ever played. Its not just a run and gun game. It takes strategy and is mostly about survival. This video makes it look as if you could jump right in and be good but its one of those games where even the most experienced gamer has trouble at first. Its has a small community so every one is friends, about a little over 100 people play this game. The key to this is get in as much cover as possible, clear the area then move to the next room.

Looks kind of cool. Graphics are a bit clunky but I like that being able to lean around corners thing. It's a Korean game, does it come in english? Anyway Ill check it out. What are those yellow tablet things that pop out of people when you kill them. Is that amo?

It used to be a mod for Wolfenstein/Quake 3 but has been standalone for ages now.

It still is a mod for wolfenstein/quake 3. The game is not dead, the person that owns the rights to the game still updates it. He just released a ALPHA version of the newer version of this game that is called Close quaters combat. No one plays it because it has allot of kinks but once those kinks get worked out it will be big. True combat elite is big it self, during the day it all ways has at least 2 servers with 20 people on each server. Its a close nit community to so every one knows each other. If your looking for community this game is for you. I have played EVERY pc fps game out and this by far is the best one. If you run and gun you will die. You have to think about angles and all ways stay in cover

Well it does have the same idea of how a swat team would act. Non of the maps are on a open field. Most of them are suburban area's. You can be specops (like swat) or terrorist.
