yha im new to the seti@home thing and im geting a message saying no work avalible anyone know what to do?

They lost their funding, so there is probably no more data crunch. ;(
Afaik they shutdown a month or two ago due to this very reason.

Hopefully the funding issue will be solved..

I just did an update and had no problem getting work. They may have fixed whatever the issue was.
