Imagine a world where the deciding factor in your job application could be a qualification from ATS?

A world where the system seeks out people who are not ignorant or docile and seeks out people who question things and are always looking at how to make things better, not just keep in check with the status quo.

I'm guessing the different levels of qualification would be based on the combining factors of your post count, flags and stars.
