Almost every muslim country is a signatory to the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights in Islam, in which specifically states that the declarations are all Sharia, and Sharia specifically details the "correct" ways to keep a slave.

So yes. It applies to just about every Muslim nation which is a signatory to Sharia.

Honestly forklift? You have no way of knowing how much rape there really is in the Muslim world. No one does. Because in a culture in which the victim is as likely or more likely to be punished, there would be a HUGE incentive NOT to report.

Women even in the west tend to under report rape. In Muslim countries the number of unreported rapes is likely much higher as a percentage.

Granted, some of the rules, keeping women separate under threat of death from men they are not related to, and covering them head to toe probably does keep rape overall somewhat lower. If we locked all women in cages here and only gave their husbands and fathers the keys we would probably lower rape, I just dont know if its fair to say that its less barbaric.
