Ahmad was in possession of Navy plans from April 2001. Ship's vulnerability, formation and individual assignment of the ships were included in the
plans. Reports state that a small boat with grenades or missiles could attack the group.
Ahmad is accused of using U.S. based websites to solicit money and property. He also asked for financial backing that he intended to use for
terrorist activities.
