good question....

i say resign !

BUT,

we control nothing.

they control all.

consider Confucius:

The truth is always the first victim in any cover-up.
Truth is always the most difficult to resurrect and only when everybody involved are winners and losers.

Is it a circle inside a triangle, or is it a triangle inside a circle ?
Or is it a sphere inside a pyramid, or is it a pyramid inside a sphere ?

Picayune, peevish, and selective responses get us nowhere.

The substance of all discussions is in the content of the responses and arguments.

Misleading collections of assertations may be off-topic.

but then again, Even a broken watch works right 2 times a day.

...Besides, for all the posting you do, you don't seem to get many flags and/or stars so maybe now would be a good time to get some from your own posted thread.

ROFLMAO Stars and Flags = the banal bling of conformance.

You may also like:

"It's our top seller."
"Everybody loves Sarah."
"It's our most popular model."
"He is the tallest Munchkin in Oz"
"Wow that is a giant shrimp."

Sorry but to equate an arbitrary opinion reward system as some sort of measure of authority, logic or truthfulness is simply a joke. Pompous childish arrogance, nothing more.

"Avoid popularity; it has many snares, and no real benefit" - William Penn

ON TOPIC:

It is obvious to me that Rep Weiner will likely resign as he should. But please don't let that stop you from digging up more spurious and tantalizing details. No political party has a monopoly on character and morals or is immune from scandal.

Great. The other one that complains about non-issues that no one cares about in threads instead of starting one himself. A.K.A Flamer.

Nice to see you around, again. How many names does this make for you now?

Don't worry though. You will have your chance(s) soon. They are releasing 24,000 Palin emails. Heck, I might even jump on one or two of them.

I don't see how posting a flamethrower like this with no redeeming value except to discredit or attack the other poster is helpful or conductive to this healthy debate?
It does not seem to be on the topic of Anthony Weiner.

This video however will illustrate why there is such a "bombshell" over a man who shows himself in his underwear.
And this rant is WHY there is such OVERKILL and an attempt to make much more of this episode than what is here.
If they have to PAY women to come forward against this man

Claiming Intimate Photos & Online Commos

they will.

And you know why?
They are afraid of him.

Just like YOU are.
So afraid of conflict or any one who disagrees with you - you flame them, personally attack them for other things. You can flame me, take this video down.

You can even BUY yourself a moderator to issue me a "warning" for disagreeing with you and pointing out other politicians who have done the same. The truth remains the truth.

Nail on head. He scares me. You Fn right he does. Him and Obama and Pelosi and Reid and ....... the rest of the Democratic Leftist Party.

however, I think you missing why people (republicans) are On This One. I think they have seen many before this one but the difference is that the Republicans usually resign or are forced to.

But for the Dems, they circle the wagons and protect etc, right after they just clobbered a Republican. Anyway, I think people, such as myself, wants to ensure this matter is handled correctly-as it should be.

I feel that your side, or the other side, isn't use to this and seeing Pelosi, Reid and Obama bail on this nut is killing them as they do like him-for things like you posted. okay. so.

lastly, no matter what I write in a response, someone is going to be upset. So, I handle things as I want to, not how you (or others) want me to. Just the way the world works.

No fear here Sir (except for what the Democrates/liberals/Socialist etc want to do and are doing to the USA.

Poll: Majority of New Yorkers think Rep. Weiner should not resign

Interesting.

According to the NY1-Marist poll, released Tuesday night, 51 percent of New York voters think Weiner (D-N.Y.) should remain in Congress. Meanwhile, 30 percent think he should step down, and 18 percent aren't sure.

After further reading, I equate Rep. Wiener with the repubican Rep. Vitter.

Personally, I don't want either one of them running the country. They cannot control their urges well enough to steer the nation. Their immature attitude fits in more with college sophomores on Spring break, not leaders of a nation.

Of course, moral detritus like them fill the seats of congress.

I've never cheated on my wife, never sent dirty pictures to anyone. Most of my friends haven't either, despite the statistics posted already in this thread about "average" Americans. I suppose I run with a better class of people.

And honestly, I think I could do a better job of leading the country than most of the people in Congress. But do you have to be a "people-pleaser" to win those particular beauty pageants that we call elections in this country.

I believe that governments do have a teaching role to perform, one that our government has neglected since the start of the Vietnam war. Every time Congress passes a law, it picks the winners and the losers, and rewards one type of morality over another

The fact that he can even truthfully say that he didn't break any laws; that a married Congressman can sext people without breaking any laws, tells you all about what kind of country we really are.

You don't need a personal moral compass to lead our nation; in fact, having one would get in the way.

God help us.

Honestly I am not quite sure if that is meant to be some sort of character assassination but I'm not sure what to make of your assertion. You and another member here have apparently confused me with somebody different. Someone mentioned that my Avatar mask resembles another one so maybe that is it.

Please specify your accusation so that I might respond otherwise kindly refrain from false attacks. Admittedly I'm new to this political discourse game. (my prior forum experience is mostly technical and I assist others in small appliance repair and selling on Ebay) But besides that, I feel I am entitled to the same safeguards of anonymity protection and terms of use as anyone else.

As far as this topic, I've already stated I think the less than honorable Representative should step down, not for his salacious indiscretion, but for lying about it. My argument here is to expose the continuing ruthless and bombastic agenda for partisan gain. At the risk of repeating myself, no political party is morally above the other or immune from scandal.

So unless you'd like to submit some proof to the Board management staff or run some checksum on me, I request you refrain from any further unfounded slander. Thank you.

Here have another star since you deem them to be so important. [size=20]*

No, it honestly wasn't meant as a character attack. I was hoping it/you were an old friend that is no longer around.

I am sorry if I insulted you.

Now I am dissappointed that you aren't that person.

It is an honor for me to say you are like that person in your writing/debating skills. Hopefully, stange events will occur that may make us friends--- like the person I was assuming you were.

If you want more detail I will but only by U2U.

Again, sorry. Keep up your good work.

peace.

It's disgusting to hear about people who are in higher positions such as congress men/women that can't control the stupid sex lure .. or are out in public flirting and sexting .. I don’t know how most view this but many don’t accept it ,, on the other hand ..

I sit here wondering is their a slight possibility that these gals who successfully lure men especially politicians aren’t ex prostitutes or paid escorts, who are just after some quick cash??? OMG if in fact there ever was money involved holy Weiner would be in deep water ..

I can't help but think this is what this is all about they know all these Escort chicks and High model type hookers so .. it's like hey they make a deal .. you scratch my need and ill pay you for it .. and hopefully the chick don’t get too mad if she don’t get her money lol or all hell could break loose..

I really think this happens much more than we think it does all the time.. we just don’t find out about it until the chick squeals on the guy.

So now this chick can write a book & possibly get paid to be on the Jimmy Kimmel show lol and isn’t that a good ol way to make a few bucks lol

and to follow your great post...

Weiner Told Porn Star to Lie

Congressman Anthony Weiner instructed one of his Internet women how to lie about their relationship ... and even offered PR help from his team, which could create major legal issues for him
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/91a0d91824a6.jpg[/atsimg]

Weiner and former porn star Ginger Lee exchanged scores of sexual emails over a long period of time. When the underwear scandal broke on May 28, Lee began receiving calls from the media, and Weiner was more than happy to help her control the situation ... by lying.

On June 2, Weiner emailed Lee, "Do you need to talk to a professional PR type person to give u advice? I can have someone on my team call. [Yeah, my team is doing great. Ugh]." It's unclear if Weiner's PR team is from his Congressional staff. If so, Weiner could run afoul of House Ethics Rules as well as the law.

Weiner put on a full court press, urging Lee to lie about their relationship. On June 1, he emailed her: "The key is to have a short, thought out statement that tackles the top line questions and then refer people back to it. Have a couple of iterations of: 'This is silly. Like so many others, I follow Rep. Weiner on Twitter. I don't know him and have never met him. He briefly followed me and sent me a dm saying thank you for the follow. That's it.'" Weiner suggested a nice touch -- some good ol' Southern charm: "And then maybe insert some y'alls in there."

By-the-way. Has anyone else noticed that the supporters/defenders of Lover Boy have pretty much disappeared?

Hmmm.

Loverboy better resign. The clock is ticking. It will only get worse for him.
----------------------------------
Is loverboy going to apologize to the journalist who was called a "jackass"?

His new name is Anthony - loverboy- Weiner.

That is fine by me then. We are good thanks. We are in total agreement on the honorable thing for Rep Weiner to do and that is resign. I've not stooped to dragging out other politicians from opposing parties and vilify them for similar improprieties. Two wrongs don't make a right.

It is a sordid tale of his lust and wanton disregard for his elected position. If my neighbor did same, no biggie but pols should be held to higher standard. As a male, it is a squeamish thought to consider what he did as just plain gross. As a registered voting American citizen (even though not in his district) I feel it is my duty to call him out.

Now back to the fun and games.

FULL WEINER SHOT!!

Opie and Anthony the radio show hosts got a hold of the
real full nudity weiner shot picture..

Weiner not only took pictures WITH his clothes on, but without..

I will not post the link since it would be against T AND C, you can find it on a quick google search.

Weiner's weiner... thats all you have to type..

I call for a Weiner resignation...!!!!
Breitbart showed the photo to the hosts of the Sirius XM radio show "Opie and Anthony" during a visit to the studio. The hosts took their own pictures of the photos and leaked them online through Twitter. Breitbart had previously said that he had explicit photos taken by Weiner but would not show them.

(The photos are available on several websites, but The Hill will not post them.)

The photos are part of the so-called "Weinergate" scandal which began after it was revealed that Weiner tweeted a lewd picture of himself more than a week ago. On Monday Weiner admitted that he sent the tweet and said that he had had "inappropriate" online correspondence with six women over the last three years.

Rep. Anthony Weiner switches party, drops unions

(from June 2, 2011)

Despite the break-in, libel, harassment, and pornography, however, Weiner has refused to report the incident to police or any federal law enforcement agency. According to Weiner, this incident is too important to entrust to unionized law enforcement or any government worker.

“Unions and government workers are just not as competent as private law enforcement.”

Rep. Weiner says that he has “asked a private firm to look at what the heck happened here, to see who could have manipulated or hacked… my private parts.”

The Rep. has also announced that he will switch to the Libertarian Party.

“I realized that when it was my own privacy at stake, I didn’t trust public law enforcement. Government never works, and government unions are even worse. Private firms are always more effective.”

Asked whether he expected public unions to support him int he 2012 elections, he replied, “no, of course not. I don’t support unions and I do not want union support.”

Libertarian spokesperson Paul Notron welcomed Rep. Weiner to the party, but said that “for Libertarians, one of the few legitimate purposes of government is basic law enforcement. Otherwise, criminals could hire their own law enforcement to absolve themselves of their crimes.” According to Notron, “Libertarians support getting government out of victimless crimes such as prohibition, gambling, and tweeting naked photos of yourself to college students.”

Weiner, however, affirmed his support for anti-porn laws. “Tweeting porn definitely should be illegal. And this isn’t just about porn, it’s about identity theft. Where did this hacker get a photo of me? How did they manipulate the contents of my underwear? These are important questions, too important to leave to the government.”

Weiner said that whenever a person’s identity is hacked, they should refuse to report it to police, and instead hire private security, “so as to bring the miscreant to justice.”

In his own case, Weiner said that “I really want to see this perpetrator in handcuffs… strapped down… maybe with a ball-gag in his mouth. Justice. Unionized police won’t do that.”

exactly !

but did ya have to expose it right away ?

just kidding.

but think about how many people would read and consider all that to be true !!!

after all, the Sun and Moon data on that webpage IS true .... why not believe the rest !

i wonder if the voters in His district would (or Do !) believe it ?

maybe the poll that was taken should have included this article, and then ask if He should resign !!
