There is BIG money being made with cancer treatment...
And a whole lot more money to be made in the non-treatment of cancer. An actual proven cure for cancer would be scoffed by the major pharmaceuticals,
so unfortunately regardless of what verified, peer-reviewed evidence emerges, you're better off with what Phage calls 'quackery'. Why? Charity.
The third sector, particularly Cancer as it affects almost all of us, generates Billions in revenue every year. Cancer Research UK alone took 514m GBP
last year and spent 466m - on what? Posters, bags, pens, t-shirts - anything to get their brand out to you so you can keep this false economy booming
with your sympathetic money. Don't take my word for that though you can review their income and expenditure here:
and the remainder of just the UK cancer charities here:
This money was certainly not spent on researching those drugs which have shown promise in early trials - such as:
Dichloro Acetate www.newscientist.com...
Blushwood Shrub www.couriermail.com.au...
I've heard a few more, such as Vitamin B17 (Apricot Kernels - which, perhaps tellingly, are ILLEGAL in some countries to buy!!)
But increasingly we learn that our money is not going to researchers at all, in fact more and more scientists are failing to qualify for grants from
government and are subsequently turned away by the charities leaving them, ostensibly unemployed. So who actually wants to cure cancer, if not the
government and if not the charities or the pharmaceutical companies?
I was looking for a link to a story as to why they (they being, Baxter, GSK, Pfizer et al) won't produce the prostate cancer suppressant abiraterone
because they said it was 'too cheap' but it seems even the BBC has pulled that version of the story in favour of it now being 'unapproved'. It's true
though, originally they said it was too cheap to produce, and I guarantee now that's what they're thinking about DCA. It isn't patented so noone gets
to line their pockets. Heaven forbid we'd allow another Jonas Salk in this world.
As far as your GP is concerned he can only prescribe items made by the major pharmacies. Herbal remedies are useful for many ailments - it's the
balance of nature, nothing needs be synthesized there is always something that will counteract.
So upon contracting Cancer your options are to be poisoned willingly with Chemo IV and pelted with radiation - 2 guaranteed ways to shorten your
already bleak lifespan - or to be left untreated as you can't possibly take anything 'unapproved'. Just remember who owns your life. If you're fully
aware of the risks involved, do what you feel you need to and don't kid yourself into thinking that your GP or specialist have other options
available. They parrot the same routine for every patient. Unless it's been in their textbooks or their marketing material from the pharmaceutical
companies, don't expect much in the way of actual thinking to be used in your NHS treatment.
Edit to add: I've seen far too many family members go through Chemo and Radio'therapy' to allow another member to do so. If I contract Cancer - which
is highly likely - I will happily be a guinea pig for one or more of these overlooked cures, legal or not. I don't wish to encourage anyone else to go
against the approved treatments. Everything I have said is solely my opinion and you must be prepared to make up your own mind. One thing I will ask
though, instead of giving to Cancer 'research' based charities, please instead give to care centres where the donation is actually used to make
patients last days more comfortable. Thanks.
