Justice McKinnon said that his main offence was that he "dared to take on a multinational giant."
They did this to block him coming into the US and participate in an anti-trust litigation against CISCO.
They made out that he is a Nigerian scam artist. Essentially trying to paint him like he is the same as an Nigerian-Email Scammer.
Using the good will between the Canadian and USA justice system to systematically bully someone who is on their way to participate in a proceeding before the courts is an egregious affront, both to justice and to diplomacy. I'm offended.
